For now a scam. When I get a push promotion that I can claim a promotion, when the promotion is shown in the application and when I arrive there is no coupon redemption available due to unknown reasons then you don't have your promotion setup properly. Walked half an hour for nothing in the cold and risking another attempt at arson.

Ik kan niet meer inloggen, hele tijd fout bij inloggen, app opnieuw geïnstalleerd maar werk nog niet. Ik wil mijn punten (2000+) gebruiken.
The coupons don't work in every burger king. You need an account to use the coupons. This app is completely pointless, because you get the same functionality via web. But I'm not creating an account to get a discount on burgers, I just don't order and get a different thing.

Can't scroll down in coupons
Doesn't work since two weeks, no reply from the webcare team.
Cannot open the app anymore, it gets stuck on the loading screen and nothing happens after that.
Literally have notifications turned off but keep getting them... Had to block it in Android. Why even have the option to turn them off if you are still spamming them.

i have used it a lot. it used to be pretty good. but now it keeps returning erros for a while now, such that I cant use rewards anymore and no coupons either

Heel jammer dat er bij de rewards geen vega opties zijn.
Personeel komt me laatst zeggen dat me punten niet geldig zijn. Ik heb 1800plus punten. Nergens werd gemeld dat me punten ongeldig zijn. Uiteindelijk hebben ze het geaccepteerd. Verder nog de app werkt niet altijd. Je kan ook niet nederhand met de bon je punten toevoegen dus moet een mail sturen voor me punten elke keer. Ben intussen al een paar maanden niet meer geweest naar bk
Good try, do better. Make things like auto fill password work. And why do I get a mail to verify it's me with a code that doesn't work.....
