One of the worst fast food apps going! very slow, rubbish payment screen and an overall waste of time! Go to McDonald's or KFC instead! Such a disappointment!

What's the point of having an app that isn't accepted at your primary locations like Waterloo.

I love BK but the app is taking the micky, for a while now it's crashes on the load up screen saying burger king and just stays like that. I can't access my points or when I spend money which I have a few times I couldn't receive my points or use my offers. also the option for cola (with sugar in) disappeared off the options when you do a meal deal on offers, it's not even a option.... 👎👎👎 get it fixed or I might as well get rewarded elsewhere and if it gets sorted I will change my review

Our address suddenly doesn't exist on your app anymore, when trying to go though support to get this sorted it prompts you to take a picture of your bank statement!? Absolutely not, will be going elsewhere from now on.

The App doesn't work half of the time so you can't access your rewards or offers so end up paying alot more money than you would if it actually loaded and gave you the access QR code!

Poor. I want my order to be delivered to my address, but the app refuses to allow deliveries there, despite having 2 locations within 20 minutes of my home. Why do I have to use Uber Eats or another delivery service to get it delivered? Why all the hassle? If you don't want to allow deliveries through your own app, why allow it as an option on it at all? Useless.
Doesn't let you customise to have a burger without a bun. Please get with the times. Also very confusing when you customise e.g. a double cheeseburger that it comes up as having 1 patty which you can increase to 2... please actually test this stuff before you release an app!
app has not been working for over a week now.....
been using the app for a while. now it won't open. tried rebooting my phone and reinstalled the app but still just stuck on splash screen. therefore didn't make a purchase.
went to a normal burger king restaurant to use my free birthday treat and the app wouldnt allow it claiming the location wasnt valid even though it was valid. thanks for wasting my time and making my birthday crappier
can't order delivery, used to be able to but now the delivery option has disappeared. still on the main page but if you go that route, when you select anything on the menu it says select restaurant for pricing. contacted customer support a few weeks ago, still no response. absolutely terrible service.
Can't enter address and phone number to allow delivery. A shame as I prefer BK to McDs

hardly ever works. I go into store try get app to work and leave as it never works
you spend the time building your order, getting everyone's drinks and extras, then it fails at payment. tried Google pay, error. tried iPhone app and apple pay with a different card, fails at end. absolutely useless.
Require an emailed pin sign in. only issue is code doesn't work. why does ordering a burger require so much security?

Doesn't offer delivery on orders anymore, only options for dining in. The app is disappointing and kind of useless to me in it's current state.

Worst food place I've ever been to. You mess up orders all the time. Can't get anything right and you're all incompetent.
I HATE IT
Just installed and tried using it, doesn't even know where it's own stores are, currently trying to order at motorway services, and it's only listing stores 10+ miles away. HGV Truck driver here in the UK. OK, so just been into the services the app doesn't work for these stores.... not much point to the app then, McDonald's app does btw.
I walk away from burger king pretty often because the app never loads for me to be able to use my points or offers so I don't buy from there on the days it don't load.

Had great experience with this app until recently. Now app doesn't open, crashes on opening page, and when signing in via website, all accrued points have been lost.

The deals are just rubbish, they won't even include a coffee with the meal. Anyway my disappointment with the app and the tiny burgers in the deals are just too much. I'm deleting the app and will buy my burgers from the independents. Better burgers, better taste, better prices.
So slow... It doesn't even want to put anything up on the screen. Disappointed. It's supposed to be easy. Sort it out burger king.
