Stop making me update and log in every time I use your app! It's ridiculous!
As others have said, recent updates have ruined the app. It's so slow to load that it's just unusable. It'll randomly log you out for no reason, then logging in requires an email code that sometimes doesn't come, or is very slow to arrive. Then coupons won't load, or the page freezes. All this while trying to use the screen to order, with people getting impatient behind in the queue. It used to be smooth without any problem...

No language options.
Garbage, garbage, garbage app. Since the most recent update, this app has become utter, unusable trash. I used to use Burger King's app for their coupons all the time. Now, the app firstly requires you to log in with an email address or social media account (so it can sell your email to ad companies), and then, it never loads the coupons anymore. It takes forever to load, holding up the line, and always fails to load coupons. It's sheer garbage.
The worst app in the world. I can't even see a menu without getting an error. This feels like a blind cat built this app. I would love for a manager to come watch me "use" this app and explain how a company this big can have an app that is useless. I did not need to spend any money for you. At least their website is equally horrible. Get mice to run your IT and this is what happens.

Looks like the application is only in Chinese, no way to change language. Plus no delivery option, renders it useless.

注文して支払いしたら、エラーが出て、もう一度注文し直したら2度注文したことになっていた。それがわかったのはカード利用通知が来てから。食べ物と金が無駄になった。

November 22nd need permission to give phone call, take picture, video and check all my files!!! Apply freeze for 4min to check it all, while the launch icon have disappeared !!! Who do you think you are ? No more apply, no more coupon, NO MORE BurgerKing !
モバイルオーダあるのは良いのですが、画像の読み込みが非常に遅くて、画像がないと注文しづらいので、結局仕方がなく店内のセルフレジを利用しました。あとワンクリックで新商品をフィルターできるようにしてほしいです。

店舗検索機能がカス.地図検索はできず、現在地周辺か、店舗からしか検索できない.Google Mapsのほうが遥かに使いやすい.
All the explanations provided are targeted for people who know everything already. What's in the set?? What's a whopper anyway?? None of those basic explanations are missing...
I'm amazed that this app has no English language option. Yes, it's for use in Japan. But, McD's, Pizza Hut, Domino's, Uber Eats, etc know that their brand will attract English-speaking ex-pats and military personnel. So, they have an English-language option in their apps. Burger King Japan??? Nope. So, many would-be customers either have to struggle with the JA-only app, or simply give up and choose a different brand. It's a shame, as BK Japan food is better than McD. But, their app is worse.
