A simple address change from one EU country to another seems to be nearly impossible and requires sending documents to prove your move, even though you don't need to submit such documents when opening an account.
unprofessional, Friday 12th June 2026 I lost 10,000 dollars cause this app went off and I couldn't load it again , I advice you not to use it ,it's not for trading its made for them to scam you,as a pro trader my self its a big scam
update: app doesn't load, it doesn't even let me to login. error: "Something went wrong while handling your request, please try again." I wish there were more live reports available. currently for most reports you need to submit a request and wait for the email
Bad doesn't work when really needed. New stock came SPCX. and suddenly app is not working anymore. it's now a few hours into it. 20min left untill market will close for the day. app still not working.
Terribly degraded UX lately! Unexpected errors, incorrect realtime information, clueless helpdesk. Missed trading opportunities due to this mess!
Can't access my money during the spacex launch. App keeps crashing and ABN AMRO doesn't have a status page online to know what's happening.

If you value any of your privacy, dont use this app. Don't even install it. It'll ask you for everything: full name, address, place of birth, a copy of your passport/ID front and back with nothing hidden and even a selfie to compare to the pic on your passport/id. The app itself seems 'ok' although i got an error message somewhere while exploring the app. Support doesn't react either.
Awful app, not very intuitive. Also, 250 euros were simply debited while there was still enough balance in the app...
Better alternatives available in the market. The monthly subscription fee is a dissatisfier, as well as the time it takes for withdrawals (2-3 business days). Multiple "free" alternatives are available in the market with immediate withdrawal option and containing more features.
Was already hesitating using that about the usage costs and limited etfs. ETC trade (gold, silver) is since yesterday completely blocked without an announcement. Just the time they are getting lower and I might be losing money because of it. This is ridiculous and certainly a red flag for me.

never again, worst ever experience, I pauzeed my account for 3 years, I came back sold my stock. was first banned had to be unbanned than it took all my money for monthly fees for all tbe month that I was pauzed. horrible never again.
ID verification bugged out so I could not log in, ofcourse costumer support was not available so I closed my account, very bad software experience.
It used to be called Bux"zero" now that zero is gone... And with that they also made sure to add a bunch of fees and shady behavior. don't get this app, I have been using it for 3 years now and I have seen this app go from a good app to a absolute disaster. Had to sell all my stocks over the span of a year to minimize my losses. In the end I lost money. also the interest is interesting but you need at least 3k to break even with this fee. it's just not worth it!
scam, there are random service fees
The application is very limited. For support, you often have to wait almost an hour, sometimes even longer (today I was waiting almost 3 hours). I registered using their link, which stated I would receive cashback, but it never happened. Additionally, high fees. I recommend using an alternative.
Geen portfolio transfer terwijl je wel portfolio naar daar kan transfereren brengt zeer grote kosten met zich mee, weinig aandeel mogelijkheden, weinig opties onder andere stop losses, trage overboekingen, support is vaak niet behulpzaam. Blijf hier weg indien je een langere horizon hebt en zoek een degelijke broker ook al betaal je iets meer op termijn haal je dit er vlot uit.
Bux heeft bugs
No support. Contacted them on their chat platform. Was promised someone will contact me in minutes. Hours later they disappeared. Imagine having to deal with this type of incompetence in the financial industry.

They do not allow transfers to other banks/brokers so the only thing you have to do is selling everything again (with more commissions and fees and spread and taxes) just ridiculous. Stay away from every app/offer from this company. Bring your money elsewhere.

Terrible, I've dealt shares in the past, if this is supposed to be fir an entry level then it's clearly trying to through the user. Installing it is like a North Korean legal document. Obviously driven by a vicious and greedy tax department. Finally I ended up uninstalling the app after my browser stated experiencing more frequent and intrusive adverts ... which coincidentally alsi stopped from the moment I un-installed the app... what can I say other than this app is clearly made by d dutch
Worst app ever. Had it and uninstalled it was so bad
3 euros per month even tho I invested once a year ago and never used it again. Today I sold my shares and they took €60 "service fees". What srervice???? Literally theft.
After installing the app I'm getting two things. Request to deposit cache to start investing and the network error every time I tap the "discover" tab. I'm using Ziggo ISP and their router. Pretty sure half of the population of the Netherlands is using the same.
Region locked, they dont want people to use their app. Even though we provide passport, residency arent these enough to make it a globally available application? What kind of narrow minded directions are you guys having there.

One of the worst trading apps I ever saw. I joined because of the ABN AMRO promotion but the automated trading plan execution is bugged. Wasted a few days playing with the app. Far inferior to Trading 212 for example - also the interest on cash is too low.
They take your money for stocks then charge you with varying fees leading to you losing all your investments I invested in a stock back in 2021. Let it sit there till a couple days ago. When I sold it they charged me with fixed and monthly fees (that they started charging in 2023) which I was not aware about. Caused me to lose all the money I invested plus the profits I made. This is one of those promising platforms turned into a scam. Support didn't care and simply suggested deleting my account

download it once years ago but didn't do anything with it. but occasionally I get mails regarding my recently purchased stocks. SCAMMMMMM

Bux was a nice broker. But they changed the pricing model and now you have to pay monthly fees. They have not informed me. Its just bulls***. I hope they give me my money back greedy jerks
Stay away, they will scam you the first opportunity they get and will call it a "misunderstanding" please trust me it's not worth it. Also you pay lots of feesvwith every transaction and a subscription monthly.

Horrible horrible way to start out a free app and all of a sudden start charging a subscription horrible never coming back, they drained my investments with there magic fee, stay away not worth a bother, there are many better options in market

You pay monthly fees without the app telling you. All the money I made was suddenly gone on payout because of some shady fees. DO NOT use this app
They are so incompetent it borders on a scam. The buy button doesnt even work half the time and they upload fake reviews. USE ANOTHER PLATFORM
Search bar dosent work properly.. type in META and see for yourself... Customer service is off line and dosent respond after the initial bot message.. stay away.. App is asking for a deposit instead of letting me see the placing trade setup and if there's margin/ leverage!? Why would I put money into a app that I cannot see its functioning?? Wise up guys!! Thiefa and incompetent company. Do not use it for any financial purpose. They will operate on your behalf without your authorization and take stupid decision. This company will fail soon
