SSL certificate error inside the app whenever I want to open a product detail page. App is unusable. Error: Es kann keine sichere Verbindung zum Server aufgebaut werden. Das SSL-Zertifikat passt nicht zu der Adresse, die du gerade öffnen willst.
Paying with credit card is impossible in this app. I had to open a browser and login there to be able to pay. Online shops in Slovenia work flawlessly in their apps, why can't a big international company like C&A make an app which works?? Disappointing app.

Zeitverschwendung. Warenkorb wird geleert beim Versuch einzukaufen. Viele Produkte ausverkauft, da fragt man sich warum die Leute bei Amazon einkaufen. Hat sich auch nach vielen Monaten nichts getan. Update ein Jahr später weiterhin kaum Größen verfügbar für Standardgrößen bei Jeans. Wollt ihr kein Geld mehr? 🤷♂️

Can't log in, can't reset the password (which yesterday was OK) and the delivery company pretends they have tried to deliver an order, which they have definitely not.
It keeps signing me out and later showing an error when I want to login. It gets annoying when I want to order something. It's the worst shopping app I have

in 21.11 inca nu merge. degeaba va laudati cu reduceri in aplicatie, daca nu merge aplicatia. nu merge, efectiv se blocheaza si ecranul ramane alb. de cand am primit mailul cu reducere 50% in aplicatie, s-a crapat.
Unable to login, popup error. Tried clearing all data, reinstalled, same issue. What is the point of the app if you can't login, and this issue is present at least since 2024?

The app keeps logging me out and is very unstable. Items show as out of stock but remain in my cart. It's also very slow and buggy. EDIT: app constantly logs me out when I'm browsing for stuff. very frustrating EDIT 2: my card was charged, but the order didn't come throught. Very bad app, I don't think I will use it anymore. shame because i like c&a clothes for babies.

Cannot be used, crashed repeatedly immediately after launch, even after reinstalling it. This issue was not resolved by developer even in two days' time. Update: I installed it again months later and now it does not add to cart. Probably the worst shopping app I ever used.

Je viens d'installer l'application et impossible de se connecter. Après avoir accepter les cookies, je clique sur "C'est parti" en vain et rien ne bouge. Impossible d'avancer vers la page de connexion sur l'appli. Donc application inutilisable en l'état. J'ai dû aller sur mon compte via le navigateur web chrome pour montrer ma carte de fidélité en magasin.

I haven't been able to log in for the last six months or so.
one of the worse app I experienced in recent years. Although it gets regular updates and all reviews mention the same errors, never gets better. - app constantly gets log out. sometimes after each search in less than a minute of log in. - app can not scan the product if the light is not perfect, which is the normal in real world. it keeps saying product not exist. in general, it makes user angry and disappointed after each use. PS: same mindset in the response. if customer not like it, leave it

Does not want you to buy. The app fights you at every step. It loses products innthe basket if you log in. Products added before login. Not 2025 ready.
The app is in two different languages, you can't change the one you wanted because there is no other available for your contry. Also, the main shop page doesn't load after the first time.

The app doesn't allow me to search for products even after logging in! It just says that the name of the product is wrong and to type for example "jeans" even though I type jeans....

I can't open the app
Frustrating user experience. My credentials are forgotten within minutes and I need to log in again. Right now I can't even use the app because it's crashing when I launch it. I trie d everything but it doesn't get fixed. Product filters and sortings reset if you change the subcategory (eg. from training shorts to jeans). Also, your loyalty program is binded to another service c&a-for-you and you need to use the same email. How stupid.
Not working... Shows a message: "ups! An error occurred." a year later, same thing. why have an app if we can't use it?

so, 1) one has to log in every now and then (like minutes, not days), because for some reason this app cannot remember you logging in 2) if you are buying something, again, log in several times, put your billing data several times and so on 3) I managed to actually buy stuff, but the app thinks I have no orders 4) it's overall pretty slow and very buggy
How can an app be this bad to use? It's slow, changes the position of elements while you scroll, and no feedback when you click something, you don't know if you clicked or not. Such an abismal experience!
