After few problems. It works fine now for a good while
since the latest update around late July 2025 the app has been poor. map distorted, blurry, every time the app warns you about a camera, it interfer es with the Bluetooth connection playing music. I have always enjoyed this all until the last update.
be careful with this app, they charged me twice, very confusing also getting money back is impossible. fraudulent company
Needs a trial option
It doesn't rotate freely and that's the negative part for me otherwise excellent for me

Total waste, dont even bother downloading. You will be faced with a payment plan without a trial or demo. All the bad reviews are true, just look elsewhere for similar map.

Not good. Whatever updates you guys did you messed up the app. It does not even work now and keeps on crashing. I have a subscription already and now the app is asking me to buy a new subscription. Ridiculous

Crashes in search
I purchased the non subscription app and was happy with it. The developer pushed an update and now the non subscription app is not working. Surely we should be able to use what we paid for aldough without the support and updates. The developer is refusing to acknowledge this and asking for paid subscription. I feel coned and this kind of behaviour shouldn't be allowed here.

The app updated today and it has disappeared from my phone and I can't even open it through the play store. I paid for a yearly subscription.
Subscribed for a year and now after 2 months when I go to open the app it says I have no valid subscription going to get a refund from playstore
Do not buy this app. Will not work on galaxy device so have been ripped off of £40.
Can not load second device unloading first so can load but still not loading
I paid £40 for nothing, not letting me open the app, It says maximum of 2 devices can be registered when i have only 1,
Poor VFM. Installed on S9 Note. Tried installing on J6+ only to be told can only be installed on two licensed devices. Yet it's only installed on 1! Sort it out, or give me my money back.
I've got a years subscription and it won't let me open the app, saying that too many people are using the account and there isn't.
Bought this App initially for my iPad and my Galaxy Note2. Then got an iPhone6+ and bought it again. Not a problem as it was an outright purchase. However when I upgraded my iPad and phone to a Galaxy S8+ it turns out I have subscribe. So I dug put my Note 2 and use that for Cabbies Mate.
Too expensive
Sent so many messages now add this app won't open at all. Still have had no response from anyone . I will be in contact with Google as I want a refund
Useless
Just purchased and it won't load saying I have no license and have to contact knowledge master uk... got a refund then tried again and it worked. I emailed KM UK and they said my device could be incompatible which wasn't true. Don't expect any support if there are problems with the Android version as everything on their support pages is justifying why it won't work on your device. I don't understand why everyone else can make apps which work but these guys can't?
Just paid £30 sat down trying to do some map work and it crashed 4 times in 30mins absolutely useless full of bugs. Wish I could give it no stars. Also it's way out of date with its one way systems. Percy St W1 and Crosby Row SE1 are just few that come to mind. Why is it I paid so much money for a app that keeps crashing has bugs and out of date, misinformation. Google need to look into this. Stick to Google Maps!!!

I've tried re-installing the app but, now it has even crashed on the install downloading files screen. My iPad is only a year old and everything else my iPad runs perfectly. I have messaged cabbies mate but haven't received any response yet.
Updated today, shut down and keeps rebooting. Tried uninstalling. Turn phone off. Turn on. Reinstall. but each time immediately closed down again. Please fix.
I don't understand why it needs to access my contacts and files on my phone.
When I open cabbies mate there is no map. I have to click on zoom out twice and map appears. I get an intermittent screen flicker. I have to shut the app down and reopen.
