I tried this app and soon found out it is not very accurate and discontinued using it several months ago. And the other day saw another charge on my credit card. There is no way to get in touch with the app company to cancel this subscription. I had no idea this was a subscription. I want to cancel this but don't know how. Help

when I'm about to finish to create an account it says that I have to pay the free trial and why is it free but I have to put my card information or redeem code when it is free?

there is no trial and no clear indication that fee is going to change immediately
rubbish going back to food database is non existent and aiscanner is also un accurate and buggy going back to my fitness pal.
After a month and a half of using the app it glitches which they seem to consider normal and to fix the mistake it made they want to charge a dollar. So rather than fix the mistake for free they are possibly willing to refund the app instead. Feels like they expect the glitches to make profit.
doesnt tell you its NOT FREE, makes you waste time just to not be able to use it because its not free while its a literal AI. if ur not making it free label it in the first place.
paid only app that asks you 100+ Questions before telling you the fees. also this practice in general is very annoying.
What the hell ! this app is super bad cuz I gave all the details and then it asks you for the subscription! this is just time wasting application . I don't know why so many people gave it 5 stars ! like seriously it doesn't even deserves one star -_-

No Free Trial. Have to pay $31 dollars for subscription. No option for refund. I downloaded to see if I would like. I didn't like the options. The only option I had was to cancel automatic renewal next year. I'm out $31 for 20 mins of exploring an app.

Actually I don't believe i want to continue using this application. Its highly demoralizing to be asked to pay more money to fix a coding error that your team is supposed to update. I am officially requesting the procedure to delete my account and not be billed any further.

Said that it wasn't going to charge you when it asked for your Google subscription but then immediately charge me. The app then completely froze. I needed a forced quit to get back into it and it was not accurate on how many calories to restrict per day

I basically got scammed off of €39.99 for a year's plan. This app promises being able to scan barcodes on products but it's buggy as heck and doesn't truly work at all. There are typos in the interface, the scanner doesn't work & endlessly loads your uploads even though you got a clear picture: you can tell Cal AI is also made by a teen who solely knows how to use ChatGPT to make a fortune off of a broken product. Don't get it, it's just more AI slop.

A complete scam, do not sign up for subscription it's just money grab. app no longer working, no refund. App should be removed from the app store.

A lot of issues with this app being able to give accurate macro and calorie totals at the top based on the ingredients and meals youve input. Sent a message to support about this showing two meals with 39g and 47g protein but the top saying 70g. They ignored the screenshots and said the calorie and macros are estimates based on pictures taken, etc. They don't care about user feedback or fixing simple problems.
Needs improvement..its slow and laggy and terribly glitchy. You cannot check your data unless you're online and it has to load your logged data every single time. Some of the calorie estimates are grossly incorrect. When you try to log walking or an exercise for example it constantly enters 0 cals and you must try numerous times to get it to log correctly or end up entering the calories manually. It really does your head in!
I like the app but I don't like the pay wall to use it if it wasn't for the fact of it works I would've put it at 1 star if that
