if you get a new phone your account will not be available to be transferred I've been told by customer service and they will not give you a refund either! I loved this service but they have the absolute worst customer service and your application that you had paid for you have to pay for it all over again you'll have to double pay for it!

I already cancelled my subscription on this app I processed a refund request but when google processed my refund, I didnt know that it was back on my ewallet after 2hrs this app resubscribed me and got me charged again..I was so mad that I filed another refund request but google policy said i did not meet their requirements. So frustrating it cost too much an app that I dont need..
this app is so pay to win you literally need a subscription just to scan the food if you have a brain don't install it

last few days constant api errors. can't take a working screenshot
stopped working suddenly, deleted all my info and data and now won't even load at all.

logging food is so much of a hassle. maybe increase your food database and fix issues with reading labels\scanning food taking ages or failing. will give it a few more months but I won't be renewing my subscription at this rate. also needs more exercise options or even better link to fitness accounts like Samsung health etc.
