Purchased annual membership on June 1st. it wokred fine until June 24th, it doesn't recognize any pictures. I reinstalled it and it lost my info and asked for payment again. there is no customer service contact. finally found an email and waited for 1 day, no response
I was excited to try this app but within 10 minutes I found it was a mess. I input walking and it recorded running, of the five foods I entered, it only got one right. when I edited the values, it just erased the food. I am very disappointed.

WILDLY inaccurate. I scan the barcode and it logs random numbers so I have to log it all in manually anyway. Waste of time.

I purchased a year long membership, then when I upgraded my phone there was no way to access my account. I reached out to their support team and they told me subscriptions are tied to the device they were purchased on and I'd have to subscribe again (pay more money for something I already paid for). I'll be switching to MyFitnessPal.
Bruh won't let me use the app unless i pay the weekly or yearly charge. Only works for those who are willing to pay. take my 1 star

Accidental weekly subscription of NGN 16,500. Emailed support 2 days ago for a refund and got no response. Will change the rating once support responds and processes the refund.

Absolute Garbage! First of all it offered a free trial but I was charged an annual fee immediately and refused a regund. Now I have put in my current and goal weights and the app is creating a plan to gain weight instead of lose. Ive been ripped off $93 and have an app that is unusable. Both Google and the developer refuse to help. 😡😡😡😡
It's not worth it and also dont ever put any of your credibility which is your DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD because they will say to you, You can cancel your subscription anytime but they do not send you a notification if you want there subscription,Its auto deduct in your account. Beware.
I installed it, answered loads of questions and then got asked to pay???? what a waste of my time, is there not even a free version available? I found Amino which is currently free, just as good (I believe) though they are going to have an expansive paid version soon too. I won't be paying for this, sticking to Amino, thank you very much.

can't log in already a member and trying to login. when I click the "sign in" link and put in my username it says username already exist... yes exactly that's why I'm trying to log in
If I could give you 0 stars I would do. If your advertisement goes with the word "free" then customers expect to get it free. Subscription payment even before I can use an app that is "free" is less then BS
my numbers would literally not add up. I would add the numbers from what I put in the app and the totals would be off by hundreds. I tried several different ways of adding and deleting, but the items in my list for the day would not add properly.
i was charged before it even expired, there is no way to get it canceled. and nowhere foes it show my information. i want a refund and my information deleted.

only 5 minutes in and already a bunch of clearly ai slop screens with no substance, then it asks me to give a rating before I've even reached the core function of the app. did a human even review this onboarding?
the app not accurate for calculating the calories for some items which i know its calories also same photo using other AI programs showing less calories than this i give only 2 stars as its good for monitoring bur with non accurate data it makes it uneful i sent email to refund my money after 2 days only of usage hope they will send it back to me
Good app
this app is not for me I have been looking for a trusted FREE diet app and this one is not it I did the quiz to get my plan I presses all the xes so I'd have to not pay and BOOM there it was would u like to start a 3 day free trial. NO THANKYOU I WANT IT FOR FREE. I do appreciate there time and effort put into the app but most importantly I do think that there should be a free option aswell as the high tec cost one. thatnkyou.
