even if you provide the documents and info for verification they don't help you and app block you , though payment did go through but when you need help you don't help

I have been using this app for about a year, but it has serious issues that affect daily use. The screen does not turn off when I bring the phone to my ear, causing accidental touches and even dropped calls, which is very frustrating. Also, the incoming voice quality is very poor, with low and unclear sound even at maximum volume. Sometimes it becomes hard to understand the other person properly. These problems make the app unreliable and difficult to use. Developers should fix these basic isue

Dear Support Team, I am trying to purchase credits, but I am facing an error that says “Fetch credit products error.” I have already tried restarting the app, checking my internet connection, and updating the app, but the issue is still not resolved. Due to this problem, I am unable to make calls and I am missing important communication. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.
There is a notification that display on other apps coming again and again, and the second thing is we cannot do anything without giving them permission of our Camera that's too much un private hope to solve these issues ASAP
highly not recommended,, because it has France SIM problems, I buy France sim number, after purchase, when I want to activate this number, then they show verification process, I give every verification with right answer, but after that they show verification not processed, and after they told me they refunded my payment, but when they refunded my payment all payment not refunded to my account, it's highly scam why they are doing like this please be aware

Both laptop and mobile versions of this app sucks. Don't waste money on this app if your use is a little more than average.
This platform disrupted my business. My account was restricted without clear warning, and I couldn’t reach my clients for days. I lost opportunities because of this. If you’re planning to use this for business communication, be aware that your account can be limited at any time. please don't use this App am begging you don't please
