I was looking for a simple calorie calculator. you take all my personal data, NO WAY to delete my account which is illegal, half an hour from my life - just to tell me that your app doesn't do what I'm looking for and what it says in the name. I never asked for any personalized plans.

Don't join! Impossible to cancel! Can't reset pw because they send a non-functional email. No support! Going to escalate to my state attorney general and file a complaint to BBB!

All these apps make you fill out copious amounts of irrelevant information. NEWS FLASH MOST PEOPLE JUST WANT TO TRACK THEIR CURRENT PLANNED DIET. I DON'T WANT DUMB AI CURATED NUTRITION PLAN! I BASICALLY WANTED A PRETTY CONVENIENT EXCEL SHEET TO TRACK MY DIET. now I have to AI my own
no free option, paid only.
I don't like the serving selection. I would prefer it to be in cups. I don't like the fact that I can't take pictures of my food anymore without paying the subscription fee.
im done with this app and I cant delete it. it keeps charging me every month!!! no customer service or phone number to cancel it. I'm not getting any other apps due to this huge problem. I don't even work at this time. so upsetting
use to be simple, clean and free, now its bloated with so much junk and requires a subscription
The binding arbitration and class action waiver in their user contact is an immediate non starter. It dodges legal responsibility for bad behavior, and drops my trust in the company to zero. Developer Reply: "Arbitration and class-action provisions are common in many online services" They've grown common in every field over the decades because they're so effective for dodging accountability. I've known several business owners and executives whose lawyers would die on that hill.
Just lost all of my daily food logging ins,weekly weigh ins,all monthly photos of my weight journey, and also asking me to pay another subscription (mine is due in October this year.. Very disappointed

while when I used the app it was great. it just charged me for an annual subscription when I didn't subscribe for one. when I did use it I wasn't subscribed annually. give me my money back.
not worth the money, really not helpful
Used to sync my Fitbit active calories, but it has stopped doing that weeks ago and no matter how much I try reconnecting Fitbit it just doesn't work anymore. Huge hassle.

I don't like this app there is too much with this app. I literally downloaded and tried half day cancelled and can't get refund that is BS! I am definitely going back to previous app Appediet much better with accuracy of food items when scanned, calories and proteins

this app is a mess hard to find things because they are everywhere the interface has way too much going on for what it is I don't need 10+ buttons for the same function I don't need to go through 6+ menus to log a recipe makes it difficult to stick with it changed it so it can only scan in English when before it was pretty good with nutritional labels in many languages? why ? 2 stars because the dog is (was) a good boy
