almost everything (90%) I've scanned has come up way off mark. used the describe box and it took me back to the beginning, waste of money!!!!
scan barcode not working always show everything zero

I was on the 3-day trial and decided not to proceed but I was unable to unsubscribe and was charged with the annual fee. Is there a legit way to unsubscribe? I sent feedback via contact us but did not receive a reply.
waste of time, I applied for a trial period of 3 days but after successfully Autopay it takes me back to main menu.
too many questions hard to set-up
after answering a questionnaire comparable to applying for a visa to live in the Vatican as the Pope's roommate a list of purchase options is displayed, no free option, It's a paid app even though it appears as a normal. luego de responder un cuestionario comparable con solicitar un visado para vivir en el Vaticano como compañero de cuarto del papa se despliega una listado de opciones de compra, realmente no hay una opción gratuita, es de pago aunque en la store aparezca como una app normal.
The app does not work properly. The photos are not recognized accurately and often do not match the actual products at all. After just 2 hours of using the app and realizing that it does not perform the functions it claims, I requested a refund. However, I was still fully charged for a yearly subscription, and no refund was issued. This feels misleading and potentially fraudulent. I kindly ask the developer to contact me and arrange a full refund. Thank you.

greedy... no safe way to try app. 3 days trial only available if you pick yearly subscription.
Horible takes 10 minutes for interview and then tells u need a subscription and they'll charge u money and the camera future isn't even accurate this pmos
