Update after developer pseudo-reply: CamCard refuses to address the fact that my original subscription in 2023 does not appear anywhere in Google Play Subscriptions, yet CamCard kept silently auto‑charging €54.99 in 2024 and 2025 with zero visibility and no way to cancel. This is deceptive, outrageous, user‑hostile billing. I deleted all data and demanded full cancellation. CamCard must stop renewals immediately. Other users: be warned and watch your payments carefully - This app is deceptive.
Scam, it's trying to force me to pay and I haven't even scanned 100 cards. I really regret downloading this
BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS BEWARE ONE, I tried to pay but there is no one to talk to to process payment. Auto process has flaw but got that fix TWO, Well I notice I couldnt find my bz cards and CS did supply me with instructions on how to get in via computer to check my account and reset password. But all the years of inputting bus cards have all vanished. What a waste trusting this company. And I paid for the app.
No monthly plan. I'm not going to buy something for a year that I've not tried for a day.
New format is stupid and AI adds nothing. The new interface is difficult to use and is not at all intuitive and i don't understand what value AI adds to this app. Just because AI exists doesn't mean it has a use everywhere.
Keeps glitching. Can't edit contacts. Sync error. Won't let me upgrade (if more storage space is required) and useless help section. A terrible app

they are charging me my company card and I have not subscribed. please have someone contact me
didn't like it g forcing me to purchase. tried to trick me to buy a premium. then couldn't cancel the free trial easily. I had to CANCEL THE APP and they say they'll give me an answer 14 days later. it's a 3 day trial. Ridiculous.

This app used to be free. Now that they switched over to charging, I rejected the service fee & lost all my cards on file.
screwed!!!! I have been using this app for years and have a lot of cards saved on here. it's been a free app. then all of a sudden if you want to see your cards you have to pay for the app. blackmailed to see my stuff? sounds like I've lost all of my contacts saved over the years!! what a joke!!!!

DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO TRIAL PERIOD. THEY SCAM YOU INTO A FULL 54.99 EURO MEMBERSHIP. I CANCELED SAME DAY VIA EMAIL AND THEY JUST IGNORE YOUR CANCELATION. SCAMMERS. ALSO THEY CHARGE EXTRA FOR HIGH RESOLUTION SCANS APART FROM MEMBERSHIP EDIT I didn't touch the app for a month and suddenly it charged me a 1 month membership of 10,99 Euro on its own without me touching my phone. When I opened the app, it's bugged and I can't even access the scanned cards. Don't use this scam.

WAS the best app to import contacts that i have seen, however, recently the app requires a payment plan to keep using. 1st it limited to 5 cards Perdana, then per week, now cannot save to contacts without a plan. thanks alot cc! bye bye felicia

😡😡😡😡Dont use it . It charges 50 usd without your approuval 😡😡😡. For the first time in my life i see this . Im extremely angry . Im a computer engeneer . Its a scam i swear😡😡 . It happened to lots of people .
It is highly unusual that CamCard was able to charge my account for this app without my explicit authorization. I never provided any payment details, yet the charges were deducted automatically. The fact that this transaction occurred within seconds is quite alarming, raising concerns about the security of personal data. I urge everyone to exercise caution.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing OCR - Awaiting Refund Some cards scanned correctly, but too many had errors requiring manual corrections, making this app not worth the premium price. I tested it on Feb 15 and stopped using it, yet was unknowingly charged for a 1-year subscription on Feb 18. I’ve contacted support for a refund and will update this review once resolved. Hoping for a quick response. OCR accuracy needs improvement-premium pricing should mean premium performance.
Bought this app years ago and used for years paid for lifetime license now want 50 bucks a year. Sucks going to Abby

Horrible Worst ocr and image recognition, very bad UI Adds, stay away
I liked the app until... I needed help. support is ZERO. I got a new phone. couldnt transfer my cards to the new phone. spent weeks trying. i gave up & bought a new subscription. 6 months later i discover I'm paying for both subscriptions. both registered to same phone number. i tried to contact them. they only do email and i need to talk to someone or even chat online. looking for a replacement app.
too much upselling in these later versions. They LIE. They claim that you can use the app for up to 100 cards before needing to buy a subscription. I have 69 and it won't let me do hardly anything.
I like how you can easily scan, but I don't understand the premium vs. other services. I will follow up with an update later. ok, I paid for a premium account and there is some type of glitch if you are adding a batch of cards. when you click on edit, you cannot edit cards. I liked this app and have told coworkers and friends about it, but maybe there is something better. Scanning is easy, and the appearance is great. If they can figure out the edit screen like it used to work, Id be happy.
can't edit new cars data after scan
Hi, I'm using camcard for many years now. very good on scanning card and storing it but an issue with QR code while other are scanning the card, camcard is asking to enter their information and multiple steps before they can save in their contact not straight forward step to save. within one scan we should save it. thanks to look into this as if I m a premium user why those steps are there. it's frustrating for the people who I'm sharing the QR code. if we can improve this that will be great.
Not worth 49.9 yearly subscription being asked for
Very bad, does not read the information sometimes, and when it doesn't reed it, need to do it all by yourself.
