I paid 150 dollars for a celebrity to wish me happy birthday. after 7 days they didn't show and I got a message that the hold would be taken off my card. I never got my money back after 7 business days because the bank reported as much. you stole 150 dollars out of my account and yes I will be reporting it to bank loss prevention.

SCAM. The creator Steak turned his account off after I sent a message and there are no refunds. I paid for literally nothing.

I was excited to upload the app until I realized you allow Ash Trevino to make Cameos. She's currently involved in an open medicaid fraud case. She has apparently been stealing money from Snap/medicaid benefits for several years. This app allow a criminal to make videos for people blows my mind. Also she speaks about her "Nunu" which is her genitalia. You are allowing this type of disgusting behavior on an app that is "TEEN" rated.

I've bought a cameo from a few creators, but I will not be supporting this app any longer since they're platforming Ash Trevino, who is known for being racist, homophobic, abusive, and other things that are well documented on the Internet.

Ashley trevino gives horrible cameos. does not do what you ask and pay for. I wanted to get a cameo for my mom as a joke but after seeing all her cameos and how they're all the same especially for the price she has but puts no absolutely no time or effort into them and cameo allows it is crazy. she's offered to do a raffle if you get a cameo that was $100 at the time she would do a raffle and give someone who bought a cameo $100 but never ended up giving anyone the money. Basically scammed

Awful! I received an email saying you could book for $100 as a holiday sale. I booked it within 30 minutes of receiving the email and paid. I get an email later saying it could not longer be done BUT I could rebook them for double the advertised price. such a crock!
Bankruptcy in 2025? Latest financials show impending failure. More layoffs, forcing remote employees into offices, removal of more app features and no new "talent" in months. Proof that poor implementation can ruin a great idea. App performs _worse_ with every update. Telling users to use the web site instead of this app is just lazy. Obviously fake 5-star reviews reveal how flawed the Play API is. I'm happy to keep flagging spam, and I encourage others to the same.
they do not act on their promise for the video being completed in 7 days. be cautious and careful. you'll get no kind of communication and no kind of information

crashes everytime , had to open profile, picture or 📹 video
Payment screen will not consistently load. The prices are different in the app compared to the online version. The one bonus for the app is you can add a short video to the request and online you can't at all.
