l was hoping to find a useful app but alas it freezes, ,looking for info to go pro ,can find info anywhere ,so not very pro
not good at all, I have been trying to purchase pro+ using my log in details and it continues to tell me my password is incorrect. despite trying to change my password several times and been told you are now successfully logged in I am still unable to log in, so frustrating.
Junk. it wants to be allowed to track, if you choose do not allow it hangs. will uninstall waste of time

The new version does not produce a map in map mode, in satellite mode there are no place names. The whole app is now cranky & unuseable, Google maps is better. Why mess with it!!!

What have you done!? This app used to be simple you use, now you can't zoom images. You have ruined the interface and made it less. And now (2025) you just whack on a 58% price increase?! Where is the 58% functionality increase? No? You just thought "oh, I know, let's just fleece our customers for another 58%, you know, just because we can. Let's have it!," Ridiculous. No response to either this feedback or the email I sent you.😡
The app looks good, so I decided to purchase pro+ for 3 months. My payment went through Google Pay without problem, and I have confirmation of payment. My app is not updated to pro+. Sent an email with auto reply that it may take 5 days to get an answer. Pretty poor response time in my opinion. Still haven't received a reply. Update: 7 days, and still no reply from campercontact with regards to my purchase of pro+, that I haven't received. Unprofessional!!!
Keeps on crashing when I try trip planner. only 20 routes too. not impressed to be honest. FYI latest software and app, running on s23 ultra...

Since the update on the 20th October the app just misbehaving will not let you search for more than one place you have to close the whole app to get it working email them but heard nothing not good after I paid for the full subscription and after they increase the subscription
I was using this app for a while and now when I search and set filters the app closes with no explanation. Very unstable. Very pleased I cancelled my premium membership prior to the recent update.
Tegenwoordig, zit alles achter een pay wall. Gebruike deze app ca 3 a 4 jaar, een app die gebouwd is door de gebruikers. Mensen die de tijd nemen om een review te geven. Zoals mij zelf. In ruil daarvoor hebben we een pay wall gekregen, en zonder te betalen is de app waardeloos. Nog heen 6 maanden geleden was die om zo te noemen nog bruikbaar. Echter nu niet meer Heel erg jammer, en schofterig in mijn opinie!!
This app is a good idea but it is not stable yet. On two devices it is mostly crashing continuously. This happens when I try to search for sites near a city. It is unusable for me as result.
The app won't search via postcode and when the address is typed in the app comes up with options around England and Wales but nothing in Derbyshire totally unusable.

Leek een top app, maar helaas downloaden van offline locaties werkt niet. Ik gebruik deze app pas een paar weken, dus ik weet niet wanneer het probleem is ontstaan. De download van een land loopt door tot 100%, dus het lijkt eerst wel te lukken. Maar meteen daarna wordt het downloadknopje achter het land uitgeschakeld en het gedownloade land verschijnt niet bovenaan. (Android 15 met update van maart 2025 op Pixel 7 device)
I want to like it so much. The functionality it offers is great but it just... doesn't work very well. It's slow, buggy and it crashes all the time.
I was hoping the app would be another way to find motorhome sites (already use acsi app) but after paying and using a few times I've concluded it's not worth the money. The main issue is that it only seems to show a limited number of sites at any time and you continually have to click search after panning the map and aren't really sure if it's showing you everything in that area. The filters are also pretty unreliable as it seems many sites lack information. I think I'll be sticking with acsi.
Just installed, and looked at my locality. The nearest site to my home - 1 mile away - is still listed, tho it has been closed for w years. Nowhere in the app that I can report this, afaik. Is this the level of operation to expect on the road, in the wild??
Poor Database and for the new price of 14.95€ just not worth it so cancelled after one year use Park 4 Night cheaper and way better database.
Great Information, Sloppy App, no proper reaction to bug reporting, so sloppy customer service. On android sharing and favourites is not working. Reaction of customer service: the issue concerns such a small amount of customers. So the issues are ignored now for two years!
