I have paid for the app, but still unable to open it unless I go through a link in an email. so just spent 31 days in France, with no app at all total waste of time sadly.
App is pretty good. But don't like how you always have to have location on. I don't want to use the app as my satnav. I don't want my location tracked constantly. By either this app or by Google. So one star for that reason alone

That's very expensive when I'm abroad. I can supposedly plan routes on my laptop and save them. Big deal, I can't access them on my app. The website includes a 'how to use the app.' yep, that's the one that used to work fine. Bears no resemblance to the new one. A very disappointing app. How can I revert to the useful one?
Poor substitute for poi's that could be download direct to GPS. Understand Facial media no longer offer poi's.

Don't waste your time with this app. It's not worth downloading.

Just downloaded and the most local point will not open on click. Useless and waste of data to download
Should be free
Nothing special but does the job. OK for the money too. However my annual subscription began 20 Jan and is due again in 2021. I have a notification on the App now telling me that payment will be taken automatically this week (9 SEP 2020) I have therefore cancelled my subscription as there is obviously an issue. I have already emailed and sent screenshots of payments you asked for. The request you made below is obviously in error... Just like your notification of charge.
I paid for a full year's licence and I still have adverts. Very annoying. Also the adverts take up valuable screen area. If adverts are there then it should be free.

Not a good app and disappointed with performance
I've installed this app and can't look at any maps or search for any sites. I was expecting to find some stopovers in France for a trip in a few weeks
My existing subscription license won't activate!
The search function does not work when i contscted support they said they are working on a new release. If i had know this i would have dave my money until it did work.
Slow access
Impossible to use, every time open the window '' new versio i available'' than just go to google app not install anything open the app, and is not working. I disinstall and instal again no change

Bulgaria map please!!! Such a shame that no Bulgarian map. There are quite a few campsites in Bulgaria that is a must to be added to this app. Can this be sorted please!
Have just reinstalled and subscribed for another year.( Used for 2 years before) have returned as it used to be an excellent help in finding a good spot. The updates have pushed it backwards, the options to choose facilities etc are limited and not useful. Admin think you need to rethink your app, I'm using a free one instead because I find yours so frustrating and bad. The free one gives me more options to choose from. Shame I loved this app!
Poor interactive and not clear instructions via mail. Kept asking for renewal even after payment. Shame because it is a very good concept.
