Battery is awful
I purchased 2 cameras and downloaded the app purchased a premium subscription. It charged my bank account. Then, told me I needed to open the app from the Google Play Store to confirm my plan. I did that as well. However, on the front main screen, it still keeps telling me to pick a plan to be able to see my cameras which is ridiculous. I've been trying to reach someone majority of the day emails and chat and still nothing. Should probably just dispute bank charge and return cameras

No customer service. I was logged out of the app and it will not allow me to log back in. There's a message that states incorrect email or password. I attempted to update the password and the message I keep receiving is that it needs to have between 5 and 16 characters and no spaces, which it has 12. I cannot see anything that's associated with my doorbell. I have sent several email requests and have not obtained any feedback whatsoever.
Absolutely a WASTE of your money. I would give zero stars if I could. I was charged the yearly fee for the service and its only recorded a handful of times and never notifies me when someone is at the door. I have tried multiple times to reach out to Camtro customer service and I keep being told the same thing that has nothing to do with why I'm contacting them. Won't refund my payment even though its not working. Do not even bother with this. BUYER BEWARE.

the nite vision picture quality sucks very blurred and dark no color,can not identify anything.

Horrible service, the camera turns itself off for human detection. This app either over works or doesn't work at all. I only want motion by my driveway and around my front door. Today, there is no motion at all showing, although there was. If I put the grid larger, it notifies me of every moving car but not the front door area where I want it. I will give it another week and if it continues to be glitchy in motion detection, I will cancel my subscription. The camera works great.

I had a vehicle stolen and I can't see movement nor anything associated with it although my camera was pointed right at it. There's also no way to go back and replay footage.

Total junk! No way to factory reset it. Worked for a few weeks then stopped sending notifications, stopped recording, stopped showing motion in app. NO REAL SUPPORT. In the box there is an email address to send your name, email and phone number to. They are not going to get back to you with any instructions at all, and not tell how to avoid the problems. And they do NOT send replacements. Many emails in a month were sent and no response from them. Dont buy this junk!
don't waste your money. I'm continuing to have the same issues with my service I reached out to you guys several times trying to get this fixed or to see what is going on. I paid the annual fees for two cameras this happens with both my cameras it's not just one it's both. I have other cameras pointed at a different angle at these doorbell cameras it shows them lighting up but no footage. I've done all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and still the same issues.🤷
the camera is have on my front door works perfect except when my visitors ring the door bell feature it doesn't ring on my end and by the time the notification hits my phone they are gone. I connected another door bell camera on my back door and I can not get that one to work at all unless I am watchung the camera 24/7. I can not find a customer service number and the chat feature in the app doesn't work either. I am not very happy with these at all.

rubbish, doesn't detect anyone coming to my door, doesn't alert me when someone rings bell and he app shuts down as soon as it loads. absolute rubbish service and now keep trying to bill me 29.99 when haven't even agreed to that. this is an absolute scam.....doesn't work now want me to start paying for something that doesn't work DO NOT USE PEOPLE STEER CLEAR
don't use this app. I've been taken for $70 and can not contact anyone. it's all computer talking back and forth and no phone numbers to contact to get you a refund.
paid for a year but the app is not giving it to me. I tried to message them and the AI said give the serial number but still nothing. I ask for them to fix or refund none is answering me at all. don't get there camera's, they suck. they scam people for there money and don't get service.
I haven't been able to use my doorbell camera because when I download the app it kicks me out of app and says it has a bug or virus and until the developer fixes it I can't use mine.
Bit pathetic to be selling a camera product but then charge extra to use it, Way to rob your customers but can only blame myself buying a shitey product off of Temu I guess

The doorbell camera works extremely well. however, I cannot view my doorbell videos on the app, because after paying for a year's worth of subscription and having the funds deducted from my bank account, I still cannot view my videos. The app says that I STILL need to buy a subscription. I have tried using the chat option to get this resolved and never heard anything back. There is also no phone number to call. There is no customer service. Be wary.

gets lost. every time I take off the camera to charge it. The stupid app loses itself within my phone, and now I can't find it without searching it in the play store. when i find it and click on it only for it to sit there with a large c on the screen. it does literally nothing after that.

worked well the first week. now I don't get notifications and the video isn't getting people coming up to the door. the bell doesn't even ring. Just canceled the subscription.
I have 2 cameras. The one outside works Most of the time, but only records for 10 seconds, so I never see what fully happened, and the one in doors Never works, even when I'm standing in front of it waving my arms around. I've talked to support and did all the things, and the damn things still never works. NOT worth the money!
ONLY gives 3 day trial. Should be free or at least let you see in real time without recording for free seeing as how you've already paid for the camera. After 3 day free trial only let's you hear on the mic. No video. With pay, good pic. cloud storage, clear audio.
Takes forever to connect and it doesn't have many features and it barely picks up motion- you gotta new right in front of it
