Everything stopped working after 3 weeks into a paid subscription. I purchased it thinking that it would connect to my Amazon echo device since I purchased it on Amazon after searching doorbell cameras for echo, it does not. I had to remove the app then redownload and also let the doorbell battery die and recharge it to get everything working again. It works but has a few minute lag. I've missed important medication deliveries for my daughter due to the doorbell lagging or not working at all.

you cannot see who is at the door as the advertisement comes up instead. don't buy it
when looking at the camera when people are in range it moves slow and my human detection keeps turning off on its own. so annoying. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app server times and it keeps doing the same thing.
subscription garbage
the app is not keeping up with the live date and time. If someone rings the door bell it takes forever to be able to see and answer. it's date is capturing pictures from two days ago instead of real time capturing. I paid for 365 days back in January 2025 and the app is still trying to sale too me while being undependable. looking for a better way to protect my children and home I will not be pursuing another subscription once the year is up.

Terrible. Bought this camera that requires this app. The app locks just about every feature behind a paywall. The few features it does have for free are constantly being covered by more ads for premium that you can't even click out of without a countdown.

My camera keeps turning off in the app.. I'm constantly having to go to the app to turn it on multiple times a day because it turns off on its own. maybe you should think about fixing that before using this app with the camera..
This app is a joke! I paid for a years worth of service. The ring notification will alert you someone's at the door, and then they advertise upgrading to the next pay level for about 15 seconds then it takes another 30 seconds just to catch the live feed. most delivery guys or salesman are gone before you can even look at who's there.
Unable to use without a subscription. What a waste of money! Update: They charged my credit card $31.38 for the "Free Trial." I immediately cancelled when I saw this and they are not responding.
when I got it you were supposed to be able to see the live view without buying a subscription and you can't you got to buy the subscription just to look at the live view on the camera
getting it setup first time round was difficult enough, trying to get it up again after turning off doorbell to charge... no "luck" whatsoever
paid for the cloud storage but can't access to it. not even the live feed. no purpose of putting on the cam. tried to get through the "customer service" but to no avail. tried to troubleshoot every possible way. money gone no response very bad. zero star if available
Human detection is off everything and you can miss very important detection that can save you.

Mine worked for a few days even paid for subscription. But now its not recording and giving notifications unless im on the app. whats the point? would like it fixed or my money back.

Do not buy is. Waste of your money.You can't call support team.Uf it looks to good. That's your red flag not to buy it. Before you have to give so star number. This is where you have to lie, before you have to submit the problem. This is the only way for them to listen to you. This is where I' m lying. This doorbell is zero and it really socks.

Hopeful it will get fixed. no sound issues and paid twice but it deny a refund saying refund can not be given.
shocking, doesn't work
Waste of time if you require more than one person to actually hear the doorbell ring through the app, shared accounts cannot receive real-time audio doorbell ring alerts. Pointless for a family

I have 3 doorbell camera i paid my fee for a year it's been one month 1 camera stays up my other 2 camera keeps asking for a fee why I left massages i left my number i ask for there number no response what can I do they needs to called asap
I think it's bogus, that you have to pay for an annual or monthly subscription. Just to watch your live video footage. When you close your app, the app logs you out.You don't get notifications that somebody's at your door unless they hit the button and ring the doorbell, and then if your app is logged you out.Which mine always does, then you don't get the notification at all.

Great Picture and Sound but after a few weeks keeps turning itself off so got a refund and better cheap camera. Only got it for my 84 year old mother and the annoying neighbour
only records 10 sec of every interaction in front of the camera needs better timing aswell I always cach the end of something or someone walking past,
