always shows no inventory anywhere. can not shop on the app. useless.
can't sign in. again. "we're sorry for the inconvenience" page pops up when I try and sign in. idk. was going to buy a propane tank and use some points but to Walmart I go I guess.

generally I like the app, however it gets glitchier every update... the wish list stopped working some time ago, and this weekend the app would not let me purchase tires... two days in a row, all I can get is an error message, this means I will miss out on the 30x promo that's currently running. The barcode scanner used to work flawlessly, but now may or may not work... once upon a time I would have rated the app 5 star, but as time goes on seems to be getting worse...
absolutely the worst piece of junk app I have ever used. why I continuously have to log into this junkie site that I only use to look up items and look at the flyer for is beyond stupidity. It's kind of good that the app is such a piece of garbage because Canadian Tire itself has gone so far downhill that I actually prefer not to shop there anymore. Maybe try hiring a couple People who can actually speak English. having to stand right next to another customer at the till is also stupid.

this is the worst app ive ever downloaded in my phone, there is always an error at checkout, but they make sure they still charge u and take ur money for 5 days before taking it, support doesn't even bother solving anything, i dont understand why would someone order from this app ever, if u can, dont even bother downloading it, i hate it so much

I can't link my CT points card to this app it won't accept my card # and I keep getting an invalid card # so I can't log in

App is working good now. Just stay away from the credit card. You can't set up auto payment on the app. Which is pretty dumb and inconvenient in this day and age. Makes you wonder if they are hoping you don't pay on time so that you start paying interest.

could never get it to work. created my account. everything went alright then it always says "something went wrong call the number" if I try multiple times it locks my account and I have to reset my password. rince and repeat. multiple attempts. even got a card from the store before and tried creating accounts and still would give me error messages. oohhweellll

for some reason even though I use my triangle account I can't seem to sigh I. to my the regular Canadian Tire account to look for and buy something hugely frustrating
just shows me a bunch of stuff out of stock... No way to filter to only show in stock.... solution---->uninstall and shop on amazon
I once gave this app 5 stars, but that was a mistake. Items shown in the app are often not available in the store. Staff and managers don’t even know what I’m referring to. Many features simply don’t work. I’m very disappointed - this app is terrible.
App won't even start, why bother having this in the store?
Suddenly I cannot purchase anything. I'm able to Add to cart but I'm presented with a blank screen when I Go to checkout
App crashes on boot after a fresh install. Their website also doesn't work. Useless. Why make it so hard to throw money at you.
Search doesn't work at all Used to be a good app for searching and ordering store content. For the last few weeks though, search doesn't work, just get a "looks like we're dealing with and issue" message. Please fix it.

The app is okay but the response and delays in accessing information and searching is terrible both in the app and on the website for Canadian Tire..
I used to love this app, but I think it's becoming AI slop. It's been much more glitchy lately, and now they've added an AI "assistant" who won't stop waving at you the entire time you use the app. Very disappointed one of my favourite shopping apps has gone this way.
