Slecht. Je betaalt er dik voor en toch krijg je geen fatsoenlijke ondersteuning als je een issue hebt. Alleen een zeer frustrerende chatbot, die je elke keer niet begrijpt, vervolgens aanbiedt dat je met een medewerker kunt chatten, die vervolgens niet beschikbaar blijkt, waarna dit zich blijft herhalen.

Eddig műholdas előfizető voltam a Direct One-nál. A csomagom 3 műholdas és 2 internetes TV-t tartalmazott. Akkor mostantól ez a lehetőség nincs ha jól értem? Egyszerűen elvesztettem 2 tv-t az 5-ből? A direct one-tól azt a tájékoztatást kaptam hogy használjam a régi adataimat a bejelentkezéshez, de ezek nem találhatók a Canal+ rendszerében.

please remove the new startup animation! The point of this app is to watch live television. Now some project manager with zero UX experience said this app needs a startup animation. NO! And the question "do you want to exit the app?" when pressing back, what is the use of it? this also has to go. Why did someone spend time on these features? Make the app faster instead and remove these things again. All in all, this app does not pass the bar. Bad user experience.

Terrible app , registered cant log in, reset my password then can log in but doesnt show any of my details and then says " abannoment is bezig" say 10mins but been 2hours, chatbot is terrible. Cannot input my details on the website cause it says this email address is taken when im logged in on that email address and i cant watch anything cause it lets me log in in the website but when i click watch now it sends to the app which says my login details arent recognised 😂😂😂

Live content randomly pauses. App buffers every few minutes on a 300 mbit connection. Biggest no go, that makes this unbearable: Can't be cancled in the app or on the website, you have to spend days trying to reach them to cancle. Absolutely disgusting. Never will see me again

geen mogelijkheid om contact op te nemen met klantenservice; krankzinnig; of ze hebben zo goed verstopt op hun website dat ik het niet heb kunnen vinden. en nee, ik heb niet over de faq, echt contact opnemen, email, contactformulier of telefoonnummer. dus natuurlijk zal ik mijn abo geld storneren want ik krijg een c809 fout bij het streamen de hele tijd en tsja geen klantenservice, alleen een summiere faq. doei en veel succes met jullie "streaming" platform.

Funktioniert nicht. Streaming nicht möglich, nur eine Fehlermeldung dass das notwendige Produkt nicht vorhanden sei, und ich für mehr Informationen anrufen soll.
Funktioniert überhaupt nicht auf meinem Sony BRAVIA 4k, bei jedem Versuch zu streamen, erscheint nach einigen Sekunden eine Fehlermeldung "Unbekannter Fehler"

Po několika měsících jsem si opět předplatil Canal+ na Premier League, jediný problém který mám je, že i s nastavením na nejvyšší kvalitě obrazu je kvalita při přehrávání zpětných záznamů a sestřihů na telefonu na úrovni tak 144p. Nevím, čím to je, vše jsem nastavil na nejvyšší kvalitu a stále to nefunguje správně, internet mám taky dost silný.

The old app was so much better, I really don't understand this downgrade in experience. This app responses slow, both on my phone and LG tv. I often need to restart the app on my phone because the cast symbol doesn't appear. After a storm I need to realign my satellite dish so I depend on the app for the time being. But now I really consider moving my business elsewhere.
Very annoying to use. Needs lots of work on usability. 1/ Remove the not available channels from the "Available channels" list. 2/ Integrate the Favourites list better. 3/ Stop the app from always jumping to the main list when waking-up (when casting) 4/ Rebuild the Guide to make it useful 5/ Make it more easier to see what is the next program on a channel...
It's an annoying app, since I downloaded the app i having problem getting to see my channels properly, first it takes me about 15 minutes to get in the app everytime i turn on the tv, then all my channels will show blurry before they get the proper clear view...
Op mijn Samsung TV werkt Canal Digitaal app, maar niet Canal+. Canal+ wordt niet geïnstalleerd.
