transaction is very difficult since it is based on OTP please make it optional or send email OTP when we are abroad,not getting SMS

App not at all user friendly, registration failed👎. WiFi not allowed even pvt. Registration attempts only after 24 hrs after 3 attempts. These approaches discourage customers to use app. Other bank apps much more easier to use.
