Just when I thought this app couldn't get worse, now it's allowed my personal information to be stolen by hackers! I wanted a degree in business, not identity theft. Thanks Instructure! :D

The app has not been able to search for my school. I have to keep using chrome which is more stressful.

I downloaded file and video but it's not download. I can't find it it's hard no instructions. what am i gonna do guess?? always logging out on its own!!! IT ALWAYS LOG OUT!!!!!!
this used to work now maybe, not it's just a waste of space on my phone. I cannot access or use anything in the learning materials section. I can touch the group down box a dozen times and it will not open I have to use the browser version. making the app pointless.

The To-Do part of this app seems to have changed, and now none of my assignments that are due for the week show up. they only sho up the day they are due. I also don't receive notifications no matter what I try to do in order to receive them.
New UI has made the app extremely inconvenient to use since I now have to wait around 30 seconds for the home page to load before I can access my classes. the page seems to load from the bottom to the top. I got this update around a week ago.
Really terrible. takes forever to open any more than a blank screen, and crashes on assignments very often. and now it constantly logs you out. like multiple times in the same session.
Never works properly on mobile, turning in assignments like pictures or pdf's are a pain in the side, calendar never shows assignments, sometimes doesn't even show me my classes. Hardly finding any good reviews from students says a lot.
literally cannot log in
keeps logging me out frequently. i have to log in manually each time
the dashboard takes forever to load. trying to access lecture slides? trying to submit assignments? want to access information? too bad wait 5 business days to load the courses
Duplicate files can't be deleted, and it logs you out from your account every single day. Would not recommend.
better to use browser in my opinion, some tabs cant be seen and my main issue is it keeps logging me out.

It stopped working. The login screen does not load, for any university. It stays blank, therefore the app is unusable
same password same email account can login on pc but not on phone unless using a qr code directly from pc, but this kind of login is not something should be needed, i didn't even on the multifactor authentication if there's anything like that, but i still can't login using phone by using the same password and same email, also missing the option to scan files, needed third party app to do this which makes it time consuming when there's an exam and needed the solution from paper
Worked great at one point then one day the system logged me out and I CAN'T LOG BACK IN. I updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app - still NO LUCK
The app has gotten bad and needs maintenance and clean up. Takes forever to start up only notifies when grades are posted none of the other notifications happen. calendar does track day. Either 3 days behind or a week ahead. sent in a report and got told my notifications are set to daily not immediately which is funny because I don't even get Daily I get weekly best and again got told it was my fault. then did nothing to address the issues.
I can't disable all of the notifications for a singular class in the app.
You can't modify the time zone in the app (it is tied to your phone's system time zone). If you live in a different time zone than the one your school is in, you will mistake due dates at a glance. This is a major oversight and has undoubtedly caused many students to not realize the due dates are different from the web interface. Just use your browser instead and you'll never have to do mental math in your head, it's just as good without that serious problem.

Used to be great - poorly optimized but convenient. Now I need to relog in everytime I open the app and it takes upwards of 30s to load anything. Literally no point using over my universities website.
Broken sometimes so I can't see assignment description. And the new update is cool and all, but why am I still waiting on push notifications for upcoming assignments? That would be hugely helpful!
Ran into a forever-loading screen while trying to change my password because the Microsoft outlook sign-in screen is bugged.
App is nice when it works. Keeps signing me out of my account and then not allowing me to sign back in. Would love if this worked as well as it did on apple
