After the latest update, this app is no longer compatible with my phone.
CANNOT USE TOUCH TONES ON PHONE TREE, A.D.A. AND CRTC REGULATORY VIOLATION. CANNOT REDUCE CREDIT LIMIT ON PHONE TREE, A.D.A. AND FINANCIAL REG VIOLATION. BASIC FUNCTIONS ARE BEING DEPRECATED IN FAVOUR OF OUTSOURCING AND IMMIGRATION FRAUD BASED CSR BOILER ROOMS. CAP1 MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR DISABLED PERSONS TO USE THEIR OWN CREDIT ACCOUNT <<<EDIT useful .. when will passkeys be implemented? why can't we turn off email notifications from in-app? why can't we reduce our credit limit from in-app?
can't get in
it says that the app won't work with my phone but I had this previously.
Just called about fraud on my card was told to call pay pal first. if you cant trust a card like capital one whats the point of using capital one?
not user friendly
I want my refund immediately. How can you tell me to get back my money after 160 days. I send you security deposit within a day and cancel the application and your refund is taking 160 days. That is not a good business.
I tried many times to set up automatic payments without success, You can say you work on this site but I can't see it,Maybe hire someone who knows how to maintain a web site. Horrible, I'm done with wasting my time on it, I have paint I have to watch dry!!!!!!!
I have card issues everytime I try to use this card. I got declined today because I tried to redeem canadian tire points and capital one doesn't allow me to redeem points through another cards reward program.
Downloaded the app to a new phone. Capital One locked me out while I was trying to login. I've been disconnected twice while on the phone with their CSR. This company is a legit scam, find a different creditor
Funny how my banking app, which does basically everything this app does, can work just fine with my 5-yr-old phone. But this company decided to make its app unavailable for many users such as myself. And again, my banking app does a lot of the same stuff this one does, so honestly besides planned obsolescence on capital one's part, there's nothing on this app (login functions, credit check, etc) that is no longer compatible with my device, so no reason why it shouldn't be available anymore. 👎

This app needs to be able to make a payment on it. Having to wait 3 to 4 days for a payment to get on the card making a payment through bill payments in the bank account is dinasour.
the app does not update payment information quickly enough so charges are declined even though I have paid enough to cover new charges
