I have a 769 credit rating and all they ever offered me was a 300 dollar credit card.Dont use capital one.Stick with your bank because capital one are very cheap with the credit they offer.I have thousands with other credit dealers and have been with capital one for at least 2 years with no credit increase on a pidly 300 dollars they only offered me ever.

you can't chat with someone online and their other questions on this app that is not what i need to ask but only questions is on the app. where is button to ask a question wr need to ask or speak to someone beside robots.

they take way ro much out of your account for membership fees, I just paid 300 on my bill and they just took over 150 of that out for fees. I need to close this account. Do not get one, interest is way to high

listen, i've actually loved this app up until I got completely locked out. i've reset my password three times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, and nothing is letting me log back on. i'm seeing other reviews saying the same thing.
app is garbage, won't let me log in
it won't show transactions
There is a promotional offers banner that takes 70% of the screen when I log in. There is no way to tell the app to not display this. I have to scroll through it every time I want to check my transactions. Simple dismiss/don't show again button would elevate user experience.
All of a sudden I can't access my account because my phone is too old I've had the same $300 limit for a couple of years so you definitely can't get a new phone with that much
I can NOT apply my second card... including on the phone with your people ... when I open app it automatically goes to my existing app and existing card #...
Won't let me login, change my password 3 times Edit: Scam? I accepted their offer to give me credit, now it seems like no matter if I pay the bill before it's due, I still OWE? Seems scammy to me. Can't even talk to a real person anymore.

I changed this from 5 to 1. The updates continues to lock me out, called 3 times spent over 1hour waited the days for 'their sytem' and I am still locked out. edited update, now its been 4chat boxes and still DOES NOT WORK !!!! 100% incompetence at their end. App was running great now 5 days of useless correspondence...been 3 weeks now and still no success WORST APP EVER.
you can't make a payment. you can't add a payment method. you can't really do anything but review your statement. there are so many things that can be fix with this app.

Notification setting doesn't work and the app breaks too often. There is very few customization inside the app.
The 3 day holding till money you paid goes on your card is a pain
frustrating thing to add your card to Google wallet. won't open app brings me to online page error message this is unavailable.used the call capital one option. representative suggested I delete the Google wallet app and try again.Yes mama all delete my wallet all 15 cards that do work to maybe be able to add my credit card!
