App does not work. Crashes and will not link my capital one account. I wasted data downloading this useless and broken app.

Maybe CapitalOne Shopping works great on a desktop PC, but on a smartphone, not so much! A totally non-intuitive interface here that relies on Accessibility settings to surveil all screen activity in order to intercept shopping and coupon activity?! No freaking way! Also, Shopping app literally drains the battery faster than eBay app. This despite the most recent update "performance improvements"! You need a totally new architectural rewrite. Try again. I'll stick to the Windows PC version!
A major time waster. You are promised a giant rebate, make the purchase, wait up to 90 days, and nothing happens. The app gave me an error message when I submitted documentation after not getting a rebate and told me to email it in. I got an auto-reply that the email is not monitored. They don't care about wasting your time!
doesn't load up or do anything
it claimed to offer a 5* discount at Lowes.Did not apply.Other time it sent me to Ebay to get the discount but the item was more expensive. What a waste of time.
Heaven forbid you need any technical help!!! The "support" is all via email and it is useless. They just keep emailing you back asking you to update the app. IT'S UPDATED. It's fine unless you ever need anything. And don't bother calling Capital One, they won't help you.

Not working.
I received a message on my account that gave out a $40 incentive for downloading Capital One Shopping. I never received the incentive on the account, and when I e-mailed support, I was sent exactly the same copy pasted response twice from what I am guessing is their AI tech support named Jeff. I am digusted this was handled in such a way. Not only was the bonus not paid out, there was no actual staff support.
have multiple rewards i should have recieved not even one has processed been using the app almost 3 months !! I have a few loyalty apps and this is the only one I have issues with the others pay the longest 48 hours!!
You now must log in and share login information to your personal bank to use your rewards to get gift cards. seems like a scam. worked without it until recently. They need more information to sell, I suppose. Don't waste your time
They require you to log in to your bank account for you to cash out rewards. What a scam. Who would give a random company affiliated with Capitol One the login name and password to their bank account. No thanks! I plan to pay off my balance this month and be done with Capitol One.
It wants access to see everything on your screen. Little sketchy. Uninstalled.
Has me on a loop of checking my email to confirm my redemption. I go to the email to confirm which then redirects me to the app which then redirects me back to check my email.
I have earned a lot of rewards with this app. However it stopped updating at the end of December. They attempted to solve the problem but it is not working. It has only logged 4 shopping trips since December 29. Very very frustrated
system will crash your capital one online account and automated customer service phone will break multiple laws hanging up on you while you try to get a live agent. I suggest just go through any offerings until you get a live agent then tell them what you need. my experience has me questioning my entire relationship with capital one.

Have been denied numerous purchase rewsrds, some of which were purchases explicitly made because of offers from capital one. "magic link"sign in system is incredibly broken. If it worked and customer service/the company stood up behind the offers it would be an easy 5 stars.
Beware that they make it really difficult to get your funds and are harvesting your data

app slow to respond
It didn't show me one item at a lower price than I had already found..looked up several items that were previously researched and found this app couldn't come close to what I found
its nice when it loads. (It doesn't load)
