It's very hard to make adjustments to your trip. Also the prices for hotel stays are higher than other websites. It also is misleading. For hotel stays it says " includes fees" . You think you're paying the price you see but when you get to checkout it's much higher. The taxes are not included in the price although the "fees" supposedly are. Wouldn't recommend this app

I am very disappointed with this app. Initially, I assumed that the lag was due to travel and poor connectivity. However, the performance remains consistently slow. The app frequently times out, approximately 99% of the time, when searching for flights, hotels, or other information. I suspect this is intentional to prevent the use of mileage.

The app should not be named "Travel." If I use it, it's because I want to take advantage of its specific benefits, and not branding it properly makes it difficult to find in the app launcher and makes it look sketchy.
app is broken! you cannot use the map feature when looking for hotels. locks up, very slow, unresponsive. please fix it!
Lags and will crash
This App is so bad. Won't even let me login. anytime I launch it spins on the login screens anymore and just closes after the last update this month. After 3 tries I get the error "this App has a bug. please wait fir the developer to release a fix for it"

worthless, never connects to anything, don't download unless you like frustration.
stay search is BROKEN 4 2 DAYS NOW. get a chat or email help option asap for international travelers! stop logging out so quickly when booking. impossible to go from map to listed view. zoom button on hotel map covered by search. listed view never goes back to the same hotel and you have to scroll to find place again. can't tap to change hotel pictures on map. no way to filter out hostels or places without a private bathroom! air-conditioning not listed as a filter a lot of the time.
Worthless app that you can"t use, unless you have a Capital one travel type card.
what an absolute joke. I tried to book 5 different flights and each time when going to make the payment the price increase from $400 all the way up to $800. the pieces shown in the search engine are scams
nothing would come up no matter what dates I chose or where I was gonna go.
I tried to book a hotel in a specific area. the app is extremely laggy, keeps reloading, don't even dare to try using the map, it will crash. update: great, now my credit expired because i was not able to finalize my booking with this stupid app despite trying 10+ times over the last few weeks and I didn't have my computer with my while traveling. this sucks, Im an super dissatisfied with the venture CC and am considering closing my account.
Horrible application and waste of time their website is not much better. For the amount of money that flows through this company you would think they could hire a team to create and manage an application that works smoothly.
app is not working properly. gets stuck on white initiation screen. have to keep Uninstalling and reinstalling. please fix!

terrible lag, impossible to make bookings without having to refresh over and over. the app in general is lacking in the worst way. discourages its use.
app barely works
This app has such serious limitations that it is useless. When using the multiple city search option your next leg flight is limited to service from the outbound carrier you select for your first leg. I looked to book flights from US to Norway and a return from Denmark. The return was limited to Iceland Air, which I had selected for the flight out. The other flights/carriers from Copenhagen to the US were not listed. You are forced to return through Keflavik. The app is complete waste of time.
Constant errors. The search never finishes loading, if I can get to the search at all. Unusable. I was really hoping this would be an improvement on Capital One's unbearably slow original travel portal, but it's even worse.
slow and laggy
It's useless. The app, the website. The whole nine. Doesn't work! I missed out on points just booking through the hotels site. Planning a vacation should NOT be this stressful! Can't believe you made me into a Karen.
Super buggy, I haven't been able to log in for the past 2 weeks bc it keeps glitching. Going back to the browser until the next update (or 5)

Can't view price paid for trips on Pixel 9 XL Pro. I called customer service and they could not even make a big report for me, so I'm doing that here

will not sign me in. Keeps taking me to the capital one web page to sign in which then tells me the experience is better in the app. try to sign into the app, it takes me back to the web page... sign in, wash rinse repeat start the process over again. not very user friendly

booking the trip is easy, but every time I go to book a flight, it shows one price then says "sorry looks like the price went up sometimes this can happen when the airline makes changes." This almost doubles the price in my tickets sometimes and when I check the airline directly, it's almost $100+ less than if I booked it with capital one. I would give this a 5/5 if they just gave up front pricing rather than doubling the price on the last page.

Slowest app I have ever used. It only gets a star up for the fact it works. How can Capital One expect anyone to use their portal if it takes 10 times longer than any competitor to use. There is no reason any app should be this slow.
The map feature is useless because it is soooo slow.
I want to use it as my primary travel app but it's so slow to load filters and search results. My saved searches are difficult to navigate to edit and save changes. Since it's new I'm hoping these small glitches will be fixed soon.
