Why on earth do I need to select my ONE AND ONLY CARD, TWICE when logging in!!?? Surely you can employ someone competent enough to write some script to auto select an account if only one card exists!! Seriously lazy coding! 🤦🏻

The app is crashing on launch. I've tried clearing data and uninstall-reinstall but it still crashes on launch I'm on a Pixel 9 pro fold.
I can not make a payment. Every time I make a payment I have to authorise it with my bank which then tells me to go back to Cap 1 ...but when I do payment page has gone and its asking me to log in again so I get nowhere
used to like this app ,but the fact payments by card take too long means im being constantly badgered for payments ibe already made..5 6 calls and text a day + a late payment fee EVEN though I paid on time ..its the clearing an issue. that other apps dont have.will clear and not use again for this reason alone sick of being badgered

useful in the beginning, but you have to sign up for this and the other. I'm not interested. The book seemed fine it's a shame one can not buy from the shop.

STILL not working on BOTH my Xiaomi phones 1 month after I reported to Capital One that they broke the app....Suddenly won't open. Crashes immediately. Uninstalled & Reinstalled several Times still doesn't open. This is now crippling my card use as can't verify transactions or view PIN. 17/4/2025: App still not fixed & won't open on both my Xiaomi phones. Reported to customer services & they have done nothing. Thinking of transfering to another Credit Card company now

Very dishonest way of doing business. You come with a loan in mind, and upon getting to the application its 5 times smaller, and have to wait for days, because the functionality to submit ID doesn't work. Its very dodgy, i advice to stay away. If you are looking for a fast, reliable loan, this ain't IT.

I'm no longer receiving notifications. When I tap settings, notifications I get an error "something went wrong". How do I report this? The chat bot is useless in this respect.
Viewing statements is impossible. The text is tiny on a mobile phone (and I have the larger "Plus" Samsung). I have to wait until I get home and get access to my magnifying glass to be able to read the screen, or use another phone to take a photo of the screen (as screenshot function is disabled in the Capital One app) to zoom in on that device instead. The simple introduction of pinch zoom functionality would resolve this. The app, as it is, would not have passed QoE / UX testing in my team.
can't see my credit card details
After the recent update, pay by bank function won't work. it get stuck the minute the app switched to your bank app, the screen is just clear and wont load any more. You therefor need to pay by card, which takes a few days to clear. Annoying.
