froze on 1st screen. no way to try it.
Absolutely bang average. Can't email people from the app. Have to log in online to do it. Starting to run into more and more issues with capsule ATM. Although staff seem nice
This has got to be one of the worst CRM apps there is Never works, always freezes The web version is good but this mobile version is about trash and unfortunately we will need to move to a reliable CRM system

I do not like this app because I tried it right now finding my address where I live it doesn't find it it said that it doesn't exist or a valid address I don't know but I'm not using this app it doesn't work for me😡👎
It is asking for my capsule address and I am unclear what that is?
Calendar feature is super super super slow and unresponsive. It literally takes 13 seconds to go from one day on the calendar to another if does it at all. I'm not exaggerating. I timed it with a stop watch dozens of times just to see. Sometimes it doesn't respond at all but when it does it takes 12 to 13 seconds. Hope they fix it.

Going to try Raynet instead.
Installed App, logged in using credentials. Used it fot a while was working ok. Closed it. Try to run again but now it crashes every time.
What's the point of having a mobile app if it doesnt take advantaghe of the built in notification features. I mean what's the point just make a mobile friendly webpage CRM and you basically have the same thing. I tried this app a few weeks ago and forgot why I didn't like it. I installed it again with the simple test to have the app notify me of a task at a specific date and time. Lo and behold. Nothing. The whole point of the mobile platform with built in alerts capabilities and such is for easier workload
Doesn't allow filter by task type. "This week" filter doesn't include today. This is too stripped down from the desktop to be useful.

Will not let me use the same log in information that I have saved on the website.
We like the web version, but... No one on our team likes the app. The contact's phone number and address should be interactive. Why can't the address be hyperlinked to Goggle maps? Maybe tap on the phone number to place a call?
Need update does not open.
Am I missing something here, or is there seriously not a way to look at the calendar in the app? Renders it completely unusable for me since I mainly use it for scheduling other employees.
