Although I have put in all my dimensions for my motorhome it still tried to get me to go through narrow streets and over a small bridge in France that were totally not suitable. My motorhome nearly got stuck on one street, which I didn't need to go down at all and the route could have been totally avoided. I would not use or trust this app again!
theres better maps and a whole lot more campsites and grounds then what they show on any of these camping apps ive seen. does not even come close to reality. and you and the campgroundsneed to collab on the booking. and one more you need to have long term listings 2. i cant belive the prices campgrounds are charging and they dont even do upkeep on there campground mow and thats about it. and thats about the whole campground a field with a gravel road no hook ups no bathroom or shower no internet
Very poor and definitely would not pay a subscription the map doesn't load , i tried the help contact and although I got a reply on what to try to fix it,deleteand reload the App and it still does not load and there's no problem with the Internet so it must be a poor construction of the app. I will stick with searchforsites app which actually works.
Paid, but very disappointed due to poor offline application design that the offline maps are installable in the smartphone internal memory & cannot be installed in the external memory card. Very sorry..., I have to remove the CaraMaps due to this poor offline application design for the offline usage. Several support requests for the maps location in the memory have never been received, just a reply that only the actual needed map for navigation should be downloaded for the navigation.

Great app with a lot of resources. We've found it very useful in our travels. One feature I would like added is the option to edit a review after posting. Update: I used to love this app but after they re-vamped it, it now barely loads and works excruciatingly slow. The user experience has also been severely downgraded and all my favorites have been lost. Super disappointed. 😥
Unable to register. Unable to use app through Facebook entry etc.

Très mauvaise appli car rien n'est à jour depuis plusieurs années. Les parkings, aires de stationnements et même campings ont changés et nous nous sommes souvent retrouvés à devoir trouver d'autres endroits.

Seemed to create a .nomedia folder in my user root directory, causing my phone camera and Google Photos to stop working for my whole holiday (MediaStore exception). Only found that caramaps caused it after spending hours after getting home.

What's after happening.... Ok so didn't use app for 6 months as in covid lockdown. The app has changed. Slow to search. Cannot access my comments anymore. Are stop missing? Do I have to buy premium? Very disappointed..... Caramaps Twitter and Facebook accounts haven't been used for years.
Application très bof a priori. Après inscription et réponse à interrogatoire celle-ci n'affiche rien dans les résultats et semble être truffée de bugs
When you open the app, you are asked for the type of camper van you have with the names in a foreign language - I don't know what a 'fourgon', 'integral' or the other options are. You are then asked for the make of your van - mine is a converted Vauxhall Movano van - but Vauxhall does not appear on the list. If you can't find the make of your campervan - you have to lie in order to proceed as there is not an option to skip this or to enter custom details. I'm stuck to will uninstall

Very nice app, but Permanent freezing tablet. With only show 3 or 4 results!!! .some times need to close and restart
Downloaded the whole of France for use offline but it did not work. Useless unless youhave a constant internet connection.

Too many serious bugs, clicking on sites tabs results in total ceash app clised Search input box disappears off left side of screen do unusable Search fails if errors in typed search location @ corrected Emails to 'contact at' simply ignored

Good idea but needs a lot of work. Many campsites in the Peak District are not showing.
This was the first of 3 camper apps that actually show lots of free camp, beach spots in spain. While I don't want to spend too much time searching where to sleep in Spain, I did my research and 'starred' all the good spots already. I'm leaving Monday... Today is Friday... And the app just won't open the camps spots anymore... It keeps 'loading' the spots and I have to shut the whole app down in order to get back to the menu... This really sucks as I can't use it now
Very few places, many incorrect ones
Seems useful, but it uses ambiguous icons and terms for places like 'spot' or 'BLM' without providing any explanation as to what they mean. Can't connect to their website and there it's no 'support' option I can find. Would probably be good if they just told you how to use the app.
You down load the app and all they want is personal data ffs man just make an app so u carnt sell details to 3rd party's. Log un with this and that mot enough info fu## o##
