Been trying to cancel for over a month! The app sends me to Google Play. Google Play has no cancellation options. But, I still keep getting charged AND had additional fees! Complete scam.

Tired of having to add food and correct counts. Also, start up is slow.

I have been using this app since december. I have absolutely loved it until today. I had an 8 day streak going and then I noticed it said "start your streak". I wasnt sure what was going on so I asked the bot under support. it said to log out and log back in. I did that and ALL of my entries from food, glucose entries, weights, measurements, recipies, all of it just GONE. I have put hours ans hours into this app and its all gone. i need help recovering it all.

I just wanted an app to count carbs and this app wanted info and money before I could use anything

was great now not a single thing I enter has the same nutrients as what's on the label, the whole app seems off. exiting menus to enter other or simply going back is also frustrating. was a great app, but not good anymore

It has basic functionality and limited foods unless you pay monthly. It works but could be much better and user friendly.

Net carbs are incorrect many of the time

Latest update no longer keeps me logged in, sends me to the login page every time and always has a problem with logging me in from Google, always have to do the captcha IF I am able to get through with email and password (50/50 on that) even though I installed the cookie...tried un/reinstall, clear cache, the whole bit but...nope. It used to be a great program, but not so much now.

Fasting function is really a headache to use if you want to modify the times. The scan is horrible, up until now other than fresh fruits and vegetables, it didn't get anything right. It is creative-let me tell you that:). I paid for it but will not keep it, using free AI like Gemini gives me better estimates and plans. Paid version is not worth it.
