Suggested has become basically useless, it used to be a list of the most recent items, now its random. How is sourdough i had last week first, but the bread i eat every day halfway down!? Not sure if it's a bug or people trying to fix what isn't broken, but it needs changing back. 6 months later and suggestions are still terrible. Please give us the option to turn them off and get a basic history back in the settings.
the free version offers too little information but the benefits of the app do not justify the unafordable cost.
cost is not worth it used to use it all the time but it's just too expensive now.
Barcode scanner doesn't work in Australia. Lame. I was randomly browsing what else the app could offer and chose a restaurant we have here (Dominos) and only a certain size slice was free to see the calories. Once I chose the size slice I was allowed to, the fats and protein were locked out. Goodbye.
this app is useless to me. It only wants me to eat packaged food or fruits that I can weigh. it does not give me the cals or carbs per gram/ounce on foods I use in my food and cooking. where I know the carb count I can't afford it to the meal count or my notes. It says it will accept my own recipes for reference but the base, salad and sauces are not accessible, (just a plain white screen and no keyboard) there is no instructions on how to use or add ones own ingredients and cal list to it.
very expensive this app to paid per year , he should have unlisted children discount on this ,strongly financiar to paid and looking for any free app, so shame ...before I used this app and it was free but now NO anymore free ....shame... unlisted to have discount for people with low income.

This app is extremely restricted unless you pay an expensive subscription. The developers can sit on your restricted app im going for some other app which is not extremely restricted and don't have to pay an expensive subscription. Bye.
This unlike the old version does not do the job it was desinged for to help diabetics calculate the amount of insulin required via carb counting. So there's no point to it. I still use the old version. Unless this function is only available if you now subscribe? The old version on my old phone definitely calcs insulin dosage via carbs plus correction dose. That's why I do not update it to the new version. So I don't know where they're coming from stating it's never bee able to calc bolous? 🤷

Crashed over 20 times today it is driving me nuts I have used this app for more than a year and since it's upgrade it is going wrong all the time I reinstalled it and it's worse I can't even enter a recipe
Cancelled our subscription due to finding a free app that does what this one does, and as it's for our son's type 1 diabetes all our family can use it. They still tried to take payment despite the subscription being cancelled, causing my card to be blocked, and tried a few times each time getting my card blocked. We have messaged them asking them to confirm they are aware that the subscription is cancelled and they have ignored the message. They can only be reached via message. Stay away.
You could kill people and cause hypos. Many products are inaccurate. For example, Asda fish/crab sticks. I added 4 because I thought it was 4 sticks, but in fact it was 4 packets Your Weasly answer! I don't need to contact you directly to tell you the product. Read the review properly and you see it. You'd be better parsing Open food facts as it has the products you're missing
Why does the NHS tell peolple with T1 Diabetes that we need this but yet if it's a necessity I have to buy it. Not impressed tbh and soooo many options are locked because all you care about is money, meanwhile people trying to live. The NHS should at least give 1 book and a choice of which version (for cultural diets) out along with the DANFE book. Smh

I tried the free trial vs the unpaid app and I don't think it's worth the price to pay €43 let alone a yearly subscription! I had the old version which i paid for years ago and it was excellent, it was more diabetic focused and was easier to navigate, this new one has lots of bugs, limited options and sometimes very imprecise weight portions. With the free option everything is locked which makes the app useless to force you to pay not just once but a lifetime subscription. Uninstalled.

I changed from android to isos and i can't login into my subscription anymore and i can't cancel it either
app used to be great this app used to be amazing when it was a one off payment or even free this app has massively gone down hill since it became a subscription product
I would set the app up on my phone if it weren't for these unlogical permissions to control parts of the hardware on my phone. Please tell me why this app needs permission for the camera, location, and microphone? Thank you for the answer.
ok for a free app mistakenly put something in dinner section instead of lunch section and it won't let me take it off Best options only available if you pay subscription which I won't be doing. Might just buy the book instead. update uninstalling no point in carrying on with it somehow mistakenly put lunch food onto dinner again and as it won't let me amend data I put in it's inaccurate very annoying this simple option to amend data not available
I am a new diabetic and do not have a lot of money. it looked like a good app but I can't do anything unless I upgrade and pay. surely there must be a free app somewhere I didn't ask to get diabetes but I have to pay to fix it.
