Terrible
app has been updated to force you to watch ads or pay $2/month, even if you already pay for a subscription. it tells you to check the camera but then you can't without watching ads. prior to this, I really liked the app, hence why paying for a subscription already.
app was great now its literally riddled with ads it sucks and they keep putting fake close buttons so I keep having to open the play store. 10/10 not worth it.
terrible adds now ,it used to be good, in a sense that you would be able to change to a different window and be able to come back 30 seconds later, and you wouldn't have to watch another ad, but it gives you ADS every 5 minutes and every time you change windows also on the desktop app after 5 to 10 minutes of no activity. It turned the camera off because of inactivity.If you can help it , get a different camera

Won't recommend to buy these cameras. When security alert is given you can't view your security threat before watching ads... it might be to late by then. You paid for the camera and must pay now to have the app ad free and constantly prompted to purchase subscriptions for cloud access. Ads are getting worse as time goes by. Installed several of these cameras for clients and will never make that mistake again. Make the app add free as clients have already purchased the hardware.
And we are back, they put adds into the start of your camera view to force you to sign up. Carecampro put their money greed before the lives of the people that use the cameras for their safety. it is all the adds. if you have an issue and you need to view your cameras you first need to wait that the adds complete and by that time it is to late. people looking for cameras must not consider using cameras that is using Carecampro
used to be 5 stars but now I've gotta sit thru a min of ads before I can look at the camera which wouldn't be a big deal if I wasn't using it to check in on people
Got 30 day no adds after watching a few ads but still get so many adds my house would be robbed blind before it opens
What's with the ads recently??? It takes 2 minutes to open the app to see what's going on?? So disappointed. As well as every time I open the app it asks if I want notifications. How many times do I have to say no for it to realize I don't want them???
they play 4 or 5 adds that you can't skip the app was great before the update now it's so frustrating and im truly ready to delete the app and throw camera away unless something changes with these adds
pop-up ads, upsells everywhere non-stop, was not clear that it's subscription per device opposed to one covering all, crashes a lot

New full-screen "ads" with fake X's on them so they clicks when you try to close them. Really wish those would go away

Pop up adds has started again. Every time I want to open my cameras there is adds. If there is a problem at home I first have to look at adds.
I pay a subscription fee but all of a sudden I am getting ads? That is not very ethical. Also, why get a notification that a bird is coming if as soon as I open the app I have to sit through an ad? This is a very poor customer journey especially since the camera connection can be so buggy.
new update make app unusable because of ads blocking user interface can't get passed the ads need reported and blocked!
Disapointed taking me 2 to 3 times just to access my cam when loging into app because of all the temu ads , security first please otherwise no need to buy more ......other than that good product please work on what it is made for in first place security
will not stay connected to my network. waste of money! latest update TOO MANY ADDS! if I need to check a notification from my camera I need to see it NOW not after 3 adds. Will be using a different camera. this ap sucks!
poor quality
Paid for cloud recording and followed all the troubleshooting suggestions and it still does not record. I'm told human customer care will get back to me and still awaiting support.

I bought two cameras last year and both are not functioning properly. it's not even a year and these cameras are just a waste for me now.

I became an owner of a bar and two cameras were instaled by previous owners that use this app. I connected them both. One was more simple and the other one gave me a lot of troubles, even though both of them were very close to the router. For both cameras i set the human detection on and what frustrates me most is to get a notification about human being detected, then trying as quick as possible to open the app but the app shows stubborn ads which do not allow me to proceed for too long!
too many ads each time wanna play app.
The app functions just fine. Does everything I want. But the annoying ads are just terrible! Why do I have to tap on 3 "X" buttons when I open the the app to bypass the ad and view a camera I paid for. Get rid of the ads when opening the app.
the functions work late and when I try to calibrate it, it don't work right
