shady app on top of having crazy high interest rates that will probly be half of whatever your paying off they don't have a auto pay feature and will never notify you that your payment date is approaching untill you've already been charged a late fee even though theyll send you a hella promotions.....& make sure you pay 3 or 4 days before or guess what you'll get another late fee because THEIR processing is so slow... this company really is predatory praying on ppl in need of medical assistance

the only reason i installed this is to warn people of unfair practices by this company. they do not apply your payments to the deferred interest program which causes you to be charged excessive interest at the end of the program. this is basically legal theft.
Whoever designed the login for this app should be fired. Absolutely atrocious. Looks like everyone else is saying the same in the reviews. Time to rehire someone to redo your whole system.
Criminals at this company
Synchrony care credit is not there to help you out. All they try to do is get more money out of you. I don't recommend anyone to get a line of credit from them. One day late and they slap you with a $41.00 fee. They won't help you with it, they don't care. Just excuses and no reasonable answers. They just hang up on you.

They keep updating the app and it keeps getting worse. What's worse is when they make a mistake they will make you pay for it. Dont use the.
never received a notification stating that my bill was about to be due, only noticed because I checked the app at 1am on the due date, hurried up and payed the bill, but I got charged a thirty dollar late fee. wth? yall didn't send me any notice.
This entire company is trash. This trash app doesn't even allow you to screenshot the payment confirmation page. Synchrony bank is predatory. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
New update made signing in impossible. Give phone number to receive link, click on link, return to app, app resets all progress, redo sign in, give phone number to receive link, and start again. Why?
I had this up for over like 5 years and they wanted to update there app but when I try and update it it says my phone can not support this app anymore not even the updated version like really .
watch out for $30 late fees for being just a couple days off
would not recommend this predatory service to anyone, no matter the emergency. they are not worth the headache. I'll never use this service ever again.
The latest update makes it impossible to make a payment via Android phone app. I am extremely disappointed with this app.
they actually suck now because it's synchronicity bank and them and PayPal don't allow me to pay my bills with a cash app visa card and won't accept my 8 digit routing number, so screw them, I'm not paying
they don't apply any payments you make towards invoices.they charge you interest and a payment security. you can't possibly catch up. I have not one payment since I got care credit go towards any principles or invoices. they just add it to interest and some other charge. Worked great until the latest update. Now, I can't sign in because I don't know my account number, nor do I have any interest in looking for it. Uninstalled, will use the website instead.
Started with a $1,000 limit. Had a balance to pay for my pet's vet bills. They lowered my limit below my balance without notice. Paid the card off, and they closed it without a specific reason. Save yourself the headache and stay away from Synchrony as a whole. Nothing but negative experiences with them.
Terrible. Recieved ZERO warning about an account closure. I saw someone else have a similar problem to mine. If I have the money, freaking take it. Don't NOT take it and then blame and punish me. Never reapplying. Quite frankly, I probably won't get any credit again. I only got it to begin with because a loved one was actively dying..... Way to further ruin my already sour opinion about credit companies. Glad so many people haven't had an issue. But not me.

Never use this is a scam even if you schedule the payment they will still find a way to charge you a late fee by not taking the payment that day they will literally process the payment 2 days later
They reduce the credit limit by several thousands just as I was about to use it and cover other medical expenses, which also damaged the credit rating more while I was catching on things. And there's no way to contact for adjustments and reinstate it.
signing in with this new stupid verification system is awful. the prompt to put in my phone number for a one time verification keeps failing and tries to make me keep submitting selfies and my drivers license. ive been a loyal paying customer and never miss a beat but this is obtrusive. and if you cant get my number right on account why should I have to keep sending my drivers license and info just to sign in? I did click remember my device too after doing this stupid process the first time.

Don't ever pay off this card in full. The moment you do, they close your account, take all the interest you paid them back, and claim you were too "unreliable" to pay them back - weird, cause I wasn't unreliable while I still owed you money 🤔 weird how it only happened AFTER I paid it all in full.

AVOID! Horrible, Horrible customer service &card in general.1st they lower $1500 limit to a laughable $250 due to inactivity. Its not my fault I never got sick! Then they say use it at stores for medical care. It got denied at WALMART, The pharmacy in there. I was trying to buy a diabetes test kit and it constantly got declined. I called, they said they put a lock on it do to not being used.Their customer service barely speak English. It never worked! They need class-action suit against them
Used to be easy to use, now they make you use your account number and direct you to log in anyway with an internet browser through the app EACH TIME. Literally easier to just sign in through the regular web page without the app, so that is what I will do instead of using.
Scam. 1st the update locked me out of my account. I couldn't see my bill online. I had auto pay set up. Then I went online and paid my full account balance off 989$. I got a confirmation text and email. I went to check my credit score after paying off the full balance. Not only have they lied about receiving the payment they reported my account and ruined my credit. They make it impossible to pay off my account and hit me several fees non of the fees are for a turn payment.
Since the update 01/26 I haven't been able to use the app. I get a message to start a new login but can't do anything with it. They charge nearly 40% interest for this card. Uninstalling & will close my card. Believe the reviews that say they lower your limit to just below your balance. I had a limit of $2,400, a balance of 227. With no explaination/reason, they dropped my limit to $250. Right after I paid it off in full, they increased my limit to $2700. Low scores=higher interest.
