The twice I have tried to use this app (once pickup. once delivery) it has not allowed me to place my order. Even the employees at my local restaurant say it only works half the time.
I dont know anymore. I try to log in from time to time and even every now and then ill just go in and order. but usually just go somewhere else. emails dont help. can it just be deleted and restart. ive asked before. this is over a year old now I think. Just delete it and I can take this down and start over. is it this important?
every SINGLE time I have tried to use the app, there's a problem. not ONCE have I ever received a freebie (free item when buying another item) every coupon in the app I have never been able to use. the location cities are wrong so sometimes I don't even get my food I paid for cause I don't have a car to drive miles away to where they sent the order. when you try to report stuff in the app/click on "contact us", it takes you to a bunch of code, not a new page. so I have to report it to my bank
Extremely stupid app. When I choose an offer it does not put items in a cart. I must search in the stupid menu for this items. I have no idea what kind of dumbass designed your app, but apparently you did not even have beta testers. There is no way to add sauce to an order. It is not available anywhere in the app. Not even as a paid add-on. There is literally no way to get it unless you order a combo that already includes sauce by default. Seriously, what are you paying people crazy money for?
a completely non-functional app that works worse than just using the website in your browser. Also in regard to the reply I received from the developer below, I cannot submit feedback on the website because the requirement for me to submit my location is currently broken on all my browsers. Literally everything tech-wise about this company is a complete joke

90% of the time the app won't even let you sign in its by far the worst fast food app available.
sucks that your stars expire F this app.. most locations dont give you stars when using ebt either! and then they give me a response asking me to send the details to their email.. apparently they dont care enough to read this review and email the info to their selves.. I wish I could give them zero out of five stars but that's not an option.. and I have already emailed them...
wasn't able to use my birthday offer and unfortunately it expires tomorrow. maybe next year
the deals aren't really that great compared to other restaurant apps such as McDonald's
I got the app to receive a free Carl's Jr Star Burger but there is no mention of what date it is legal to and when does it expire
