the app keeps closing. I can't get to anything.
I'm having trouble to sign in. It keeps sending me a code to my email and guess what the second I get out of the app to grab the code the app refresh by itself, making everything invalid and I need to restart. I cannot see much or order things at all on this app. This is very frustrating!
This app is so slow. It takes forever to load. I know carnival is on the more affordable end of cruises but they can invest a bit more towards making the app run smoother.
once I login the app stops working I have uninstalled and reinstalled it works fine loading up but as soon as I login it shuts down then says app stopped working
This is the slowest loading app I have ever used in my entire life. Clicked on deck plans and it never even loaded after several minutes. Completely useless. Hopefully we'll have an alternative to use once we're on the cruise because this isn't working.
