A place full of fake luxury goods from random sellers claiming original and only shipping. report many times but nothing is done. this platform have become a favorite spot to sell countrified items who claim to be authentic + free shipping... typically coach, lv, mcm gucci..etc beware! it's getting so bad that more of these sellers pop out, this platform supports them and police aren't doing much. really disgusted and disturbing so many people are allowed to sell counterfeited item!

took too long to withdraw my money,it has been already a week. 5 working day has passed and still processing. no wonder a lot people want direct transfer in the marketplace.
A lot of counterfeit items listed on the platform. Reported whenever I came across them but the reply from their admin is always "there isn't enough information" when the evidence is so obvious. Even providing additional information doesn't help. After a while, you just dgaf and let unsuspecting buyers be scammed by such listings. Update after reply below: I don't want to waste more time to help your platform weed out listings of counterfeit items if you don't even take reports seriously.

Removed my listing on the word of the distributor (untrue). 1) Email contact no longer works. 2) Appeal button cannot be found in app because "decisions are final". 3) AI chatbot is useless. So basically you have no recourse whatsoever if there is a false accusation and no way to contact anyone about it.

update again: reported 2 users who used vulgarities in their usernames and I am told there is not enough information to confirm they have violated the community guidelines? this is a new low, carousell... you can tell borderline mispriced listings but not outrightly offensive behaviour. also, really frustrating to have ghosts and MIA on chats with users rated 5.0 -- obviously something is wrong that they are getting away as long as no offer is made yet. tiresome, tiresome user experience.
Lousy, listed medicated item but restrict account.. lousy svc, pain killers also consider prohibited.

Still no option to upload videos to listings, despite claims on the website Update: Why are you asking me for further details? I have told you what the problem is, and I'm sure you are aware of it. Not a single Carousell user I know can upload videos to their listings. Why not try testing out your own app before inconveniencing others.
this app is a scam they work with the scammers and they just say they will not entertain u when u ask for help
Makes you login before even letting you check whether their services are available in your region.
they made it so annoying to make listenings, idk why they removed to option to name your listing
If I could rate this app 1 star, I would. Last year my account had been suspended for MONTHS despite me appealing with proof. Only when so much time has passed did they give me my account back. After that mess I still gave them a chance, used the app to buy from another user. Nothing odd happens. Today, I tried to list an item for sale, and somehow my account got suspended for 'fraudulent activities' when I haven't even interacted with anyone, just listed an item like I used to do! I'm done.

many fraudsters..lost my money after transfer then seller got banned and can't contacted anymore
Report so many unrelated postings but yet don't want to take any action, end up asking for more supporting evidence to back up the report

idk how to review. I just wanna make some income in it but selling new and used clothes but I was approached by many scammers. Gosh. can you do something about it? I makes me so afraid to sell and post the item when a buyer purchased my item and at the end that purchased I have to let the system cancelled it.
