No notification popped up even you turned on . Server crashes all the time, not a reliable app
so strange, this is my first time ever downloading this app, and I tried to make an account and there was a pop up stating a violated community guidelines and I am banned. like what??
1 star because your "Scroll-Worth Picks" panel is a major interruption and very irritating. I can glance away at the clutter of ads but that panel deserves my one star. Well Done team!

THIS APP IS NOT HELPING AT ALL THEY RESTRICT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON.THE CUSTOMER IS NOT HELPFUL AND I DONT KNOW THAT THEYLL RESTRICT YOU IF U HAVE MORE THAN 10 LISTINGS
Even on listings with buyer protections, you could still get scammed and not out of small amounts. Please deal on this app at your own risk. There are also a lot of counterfeit items on the platform that do not get taken down despite there being laws against it. Fraud is unfortunately common on the platform. Carousell takes minimal to no action against it.
alway keep an update and breaks my storage hehehe pls atleast one year before you Re update not all the time im so sick alway showes to keep update i cant use this apps if we didnt update
forces you to enable buy button to add delivery in your listing. once i actually sold the item, i can't even take the money that the buyer has paid, because their payment partner 'stripe' still needs 1-3 days to verify my identity. why do you need 3 whole days to verify my id when my account is already verified through singpass???? it's 2026!!this kind of identity verification is instantaneous in every other app once linked with singpass. the ads they force on your face is also annoying af
it's 2026 already, why we still cant filter out the search and front page with whitelist and blacklist keywords? there are too many listings that I don't need to see 🤦

Please do better and try to keep scammers off your platform, I have been searching for a way to report a scam and there is no easy way to do it, this is definitely one of most frustrating experiences that I have encountered.
i was asking for refund, the issue was seller sell to me fake ticket, but carousel didnt investigate this proper. they may only read the explanation section. now carousel release the payment to the scammer seller after 1 week carousel review this issue. AI is the only entertained me this issue I believe. the BUYER PROTECTION is useless! the ticket was fake trust me! I saw the real one!

This is the worst app experience I ever have, I have been suspended for no reason. I don't why. and I don't know how. but it makes me angry that even when I try to appeal my suspension. it somehow doesn't work. so f you. how am I gonna buy my monitors for cheap?!
Carousell doesn't offer any Buyer Protections for its users, and this is only limited to Singapore, HK and Taiwan. Just letting you know that they won't help you if you get scammed by using their website if you're in PH. I was scammed here, so I reached out to a lawyer and they have confirmed this is against our consumer rights. You are only eligible for Buyer Protection IF you pay within the site, THAT THEY DO NOT OFFER IN THE PHILIPPINES.

f you want to get scammed, this is the platform for you. Five stars or no stars, even the so-called “professional sellers” are scammers.

quite a scammer app be careful of your credit card details and how they bluff you to promote and then delete your listing to consume your coins but deliver nothing.. contacted their support... but you just get robotic response and people who scam your time away
This app works, no joke, it literally does its job by allowing you to sell or buy things with simple, smooth mechanics. But if you're selling, you will meet customers who try to lowball you-not just any lowball, they try to get $80-50 off! Do you think this is the *pasar malam*? I thought maybe $5-8 off, I don't mind, but $80 off? When I decline, they make me the bad person. Like, hello? Can you embrace the real world? This needs to be fixed, honestly.
