Ich habe einen großen Fehler in meinem Leben gemacht. Ich habe ein Auto über CarVertical prüfen lassen und dafür 49,99 € bezahlt. Laut Bericht war das Auto unfallfrei, die Kilometer waren original und es gab keinen Hinweis auf Diebstahl. Später konnte ich den Verkäufer nicht mehr erreichen, deshalb bin ich zur Polizei gegangen. Dort wurde festgestellt, dass das Auto bereits vor einer Woche in Frankreich gestohlen wurde. Das Fahrzeug wurde sichergestellt. Geld ist weg,Auto ist sicher gestellt
Just got scammed. I bought a couple of reports to have for the future. It was not mentioned anywhere during payment that they have an expiration. And just today I got an email that all my purchases will expire in 2 days! wt# - why do they expire in half a year? But the worst part is that you do not mention it during payment. I came back two days later, and they had already expired, not even lasting until the end of the day, but expiring sometime in the middle of it.

Expiring reports. Time limited. Not good. Competitors are cheaper for the same if not more information with no such restriction. Avoid this costly mistake.
I tried with two different vehicles and I ain't got any information about them.
HUGE SCAM. couldn't find my cars information even though it said it on the purchases phase and haven't gotten a refund either. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. responds in 12-24 hours to your questions... it's been 2 days. online 24/7 that's from their website. SCAMMERS
Checked 2 cars and gave false information about crashes. Both were crashed and repaired in official retailers service shop in EU but this app couldn't find it.

Useless......I bought in total 4 reports from them including when I bought my own car. 3 out of 3 reports show almost no detail about cars that had full service history from the car manufacturer it's self, and on the report from Carvertical it showed nothing. Today and yesterday I checked 2 more cars with the same outcome....no details. In belgium when a car passes the yearly technical control the km get registered in the automotive national register, and Carvertival shows nothing.....Useless!
Con job. AVOID. Bought 3 checks. All the talk about the checking in lots of countries is misleading. The three checks are for vehicles only in ONE country. Have to buy another lot if you want to say, check in Ireland after buying in the UK. AVOID.

don't buy it, 90% will not help you with a second hand car. it is useless, not even a info, even the state of origin is wrong.
Poor value. Multiple vehicle checks returned no usable data. Credits also expire if unused, which is unfriendly to customers and undermines trust. Not recommended.
Avoid I have used carVertial several times in the past with no issues. I dont know what has happened to this company, but wow. absolute shambles. I purchased two reports and unfortunately, I am unable to utilize them. I have attempted to contact them for resolution, but they have not responded. If you require a report on a specific vehicle, use a different company.
The price is Joke.

This app is a scam. Bought two reports, used one. The unused report got removed by them after a while for no good reason.

This app fits a perfect description of a legal scam, don't use it if you don't want to be scammed. I bought credits and tried to check two vehicles and the app couldn't provide verified reports so both weren't charged. So I kept my credits hoping to use them in the near future law and behold they expired, now I need to buy more. How do credits expire? My answer to that "you are being scammed" credits are not like food they shouldn't expire.
Cette application est une arnaque. J'ai fait deux rapports et les deux étaient complètement vides, sans informations. De plus les rapports rapports que j'avais payé et pas encore utilisé ce sont périmé. Cette application est une escroquerie.

gave me no useful information on the vehicle DO NOT PAY FOR NOTHING. once I asked for a refund into my bank account , they stop replying .
CREDITS ARE EXPIRING. I paid for the report, but my credit expired before I even had the chance to use it. It wasn't clearly mentioned anywhere that the credit would run out so quickly, so I basically lost the service I paid for. When I tried to check the data earlier, the information was confusing and not really useful. In the end, I didn't get anything of real value for the money spent.
The report states that the vehicle has a diesel engine with 3000 cm³ and 241 HP, but it also lists the fuel type as electric drive. Completely useless application.

what is this price??? carvertical used to have better price. no way im going to pay 50€ for 2 reports... and carvertical is also not that accurated like they say. I bet 100.000 euro with car vertical I'll bring an car with km behind and theywill say it is original. my previous car was like that. but back than I paid like 10 - 15 euro not 50
I've used this application to check two different cars, and the results where bogus and empty. When i speaked with them, they give me unclear information and they didn't return my money...just another two free check ups for the future..no thanks!

Poor app. Lack of usefull infos and after 1 month they do not allow you to download the already paid reports. They say that the report can be downloaded for 1 month only in order to protect you etc, but they do it for the money. I bought it, I should download it anytime I want. If you want to protect the users, you can simply state on the report when was it made and that's all. But you are greedy!

This app is total scam ! The car is checked was entirely serviced in official BMW store , the said it has 15km in total 🤣 , there is no any info about history of service or anything .
waste of money and useless my personal example 10yo car with about 30 records and also multiple mileage records all the way up to 185k miles on Carfax only got one time 40mi on regord even tho vehicle lived all its live in 1 state but CarVertical checked 40 countries what a joke you have been warned to waste your money however you like
It’s not useful at all. I tried it with two different cars and didn’t get any valuable information. One car had no data about the mileage, and the other only had mileage information up to 2016-nothing after that. The rest of the information was not relevant for deciding whether to buy the car. It only showed that there were no records of theft, accidents, or other issues, but that doesn’t mean the car wasn’t damaged-just that there are no records. The app is a waste of money.
Please read before purchasing!! The service that carVertical is very expensive compared to others and from my experience not worth paying for. It does not find mileage issues! Over 40% of the customers on Trustpilot score them 1 star, and I can now see why. They will take your money and do not care that their reports are incomplete. Do not use them. Autotader is 3rd of the price and gives the same results.
Waste of money. Car with 97,000 km and they say 10km and all the other things they say "seems good" but not one document to attest this
