The app will not let me sign in to play the games. It logged me out and won't let me in. I have written Casey's they have not corrected the issue. I can order pizza and add at the store when I purchase items. The app says it is already on my phone. Tried to uninstall and reinstall, says they is already an account with my email. Still can't get in. Shame on Casey's that they won't fix the issue.
This used to be a decent rewards system when you could pick how many of your points you wanted to use towards fuel. Now you can't do that. They pick for you. Check out the Beck's rewards app. They have more options and better rewards.

Piece of trash. Can't sign in. Tries to go to "ssosocial caseys online" and returns to app without allowing sign in credentials entry. You need to allow users to enter Casey's gift cards as a payment method. Users can only check the balance. And unfortunately it is NOT compatible with Google Wallet and your in-store barcode readers or the tap method.
I got signed out and now my account doesn't exist. cool stuff, done using it.
Old layout was easy to use and navigate. New layout is so badly organized and hard to navigate. Should've just left it how it was. **update** Now you can't even view all the Rewards without choosing a Casey's. This is ridiculous. It's a travel app, I shouldn't have to choose a Casey's to see what rewards are offered. Would give 0/5 if I could.
I have been a customer for years and when I come in. I always use my number and all my points are NOT SHOWING UP. I'M VERY disappointed you need to fix this please

Competitors offer simple rewards where you scan card or enter phone # to receive a fixed discount. Caseys wants you to either buy their overpriced goods in store or wait and accumulate before you "earn" a discount.

downloaded and instantly uninstalled. tried to log in and it kept giving me an error screen. no point in having an app if it doesn't work. 🤣
Can't pay cash for delivery anymore. Probably because they've outsourced all their delivery driving to DoorDash and they don't trust them to return with the money. They'll give a stranger your food and trust them with your safety, but God forbid there is any risk to their bottom line. We're going to outsource our dinner from somewhere that cares about the customer as much as their bottom line.
why is it that the caseys in cushing seems incapable of taking online orders? Is it really that difficult to have a system in place to take orders?
The App worked until the last update. Now I cannot sign in at all. I even changed my password and I still can't sign in. Totally useless if I cannot sign back in after an update.
I haven't been able to use the app for weeks, nearly months. I try to sign in but the app crashes and starts me over, so I can't access deals or my points. It's 100% pointless to have if it doesn't function.
always broken
I never even really got a chance to use the app. Every time I'd go to sign in, I'm in a perpetual loop returning me to the sign in screen. I'm using the correct password (even changed it to make sure), but it's still not working
when I updated the app, the app changed my store location automatically, so I missordered different locations of the store. Then, the 2nd attempted order online, it could not let me finish ordering.
store says it's open 24 hours but they're locked up tight.

Terrible app, ordered a pizza and it said please try again but took my money out anyways. called the store and they said they didn't get my order. App always glitches. Don't recommend using it, if you need anything here give them a call or go in. Have to wait 10 days to get my money back, 0/10
Only garbage app I have that still makes me sign in with every update Casey's monkey devs push lmao, get with the times and cache the log in info

never lets me redeem my points
app is always not responding and closing out making it nearly impossible to place an order. takes 20 minutes usually to make an order this is pathetic.

This problem is also running rampant on both the NFL and Pizza Hut's respective mobile app long before this, so I'm dealing with this on three apps now. Please fix this problem on this app.

glitchy at times. Also won a prize during the matching games that wasn't ever put in my offers
the pop up every time you add something to your cart, the "add on's" super lame and frustrating.
continuously goes through its bot check cycle effectively broken and straight up lies to me telling me my account is tied to an account when it literally isn't.
using points and paying at time of order, it always errors out. seems like a half complete app

App will randomly sign me out and it takes 40 minutes and resetting my password to log back in. Would give one star if I didnt actively use the app regularly.
this new updated layout justs sucks! hard to find things now. my messages are gone? I also keep seeing notifications for free delivery but the codes never valid. DO BETTER CASEY'S! this still sucks! it went back to normal for awhile then changed again with out updates. go back as this doesn't work right
