don't use them
I've used cash app for years. Something new occured They I had my grandpa download it. The first time, sent no problem. But yesterday he attempted to send me money and they hit him with KYC. He completed it and at the end he gets a message saying it could take up to TEN DAYS for it to approve. As much money as they are most likely making it's absurd they don't hire enough people to get this done quicker when most other entities can KYC you in an hour. Inexcusable!
absolute trash..no customer service AT ALL literally not possible to communicate with a real person..and they have the bots that pretend to be human as well but it's obvious they're not...either that or they have only a few things they're allowed to say that they copy and paste to respond..it's ridiculous..another bot replied to my post even..like bruh..human interaction plz..
I highly recommend you do not associate with this company or download this app if you do I recommend you delete it and find another company to associate with. their customer support is slow and irredeemable. broken English. rude. and lazy. a pathetic app that flags you for fraud constantly for basic transactions. like banning you for gambling for simple transactions and then taking a month and a half to fix the issue. I repeat do not associate with this company or use their app.

This app cut all my accounts including my child cash app account for accusations if fraud activity which is not true. I work hard and use my cash app for important transactions for me and my family I never did anything fraudulent and they just randomly picked me ,😡
I sent money to my niece diatribe brown in cash app sent it to tiara bryant and telling me I got to ask her to send me back my money when they made the mistake
its not showing how much money I have it freezes.
please add a time selection to repayments i hate that I cant choose when I can make a payment and its gonna try and take money out at 8am when I dont get payed till after 11am and support said they cant change it so its gonna end up being added to my next payment day and all of them are at 8am
Just got the account, never got my card.Great service one to turn around and charge me 5 bucks for another card.Because I didn't get the first one
Spam rip off
Yesterday every time I touched my phone cash app popped up on the screen or ad from cash app. It's impossible to use my phone for deliveries on door dash.
I do not want any of my information connected to my account made public, I wish to opt out.
l have $20.00 on this app. l am 72 & don't know how to use it.
