I had a 5-star review until one day, after months, I logged in and my account was flagged. I submitted a ticket to support and was told something happened on the backend to several accounts. I was instructed to reply to that email if it wasn't fixed by the end of the week, which I did, only to be told they couldn't review my request and that I needed to resubmit a ticket. Why? I have cashed out several times with no issues other than points not being counted several times, but I looked past it.
Real money my a**! I had enough diamonds for a 25$ gift card my very first time i played and when I cashed it in I was supposed to get info to retieve it within 5-7 days. Never heard nothing back so I went to report it and it said no known email. So just wanna give anyone that wants to play this a heads up. This is not a good app at all.You are wasting time if you think you will get money.
Nobody ever answers your complaints about not receiving the correct payout for completing tasks and I am still waiting for my account to be reinstated for being flagged for suspicious activity after trying to get a payout for my points that I had earned by completing the tasks and I have still not heard anything from them as of yet.

takes 50k points for a petty $5 return that's pennies a day compared to the millions these companies make complete joke!!

This is great for a while (about 6-8 weeks). Then you will start to experience issues, first you will find it takes you a LOT longer to earn rewards, then the games you have been working on disappear, then you'll find the app doesn't load, then you'll experience extreme difficulties cashing out or you'll have your account suspended. The support team is non existent, and the automated help bot doesn't even answer the issue even remotely. AVOID!!

This app was great for about 2 years. I would make about $40 a week. Reached gold status. Everything was fine. Then a couple weeks ago my account was suspended for no reason. Notifications stated that millions were accidentally suspended and they were working on the problem that would be fixed by June 29th. If it wasn't restored then to submit a ticket. Well, I submitted a ticket, it got cancelled, submitted more tickets just for them to get cancelled. This is now 1 out of 5 stars.

my initial experience was good. after first $50 payout I kept playing. I ha $20 in the wallet and was close to reaching $50 again. I opened the app and my account was suspended and money taken away. I read the terms and conditions and I did nothing to deserve that. I want to get my money back

I would appreciate if the app would actually open, it freezes at the title screen and then says there's been an unexpected problem. I've only been able to open the app once.
My account was restricted on June 17, 2026 for unusual activity. No idea what kind of unusual activity there was. I've created multiple support tickets with no response. I have almost 180,000 points that I cant cash. BS!

I've played 3 games that I didn't get gems for .. it's not the games fault they dont pay us .. everytime I get a big win .. I dont get the gems
I have tried doing payouts several times. The Amazon gift card never showed up in my email. Paypal payouts get refunded everytime and customer service won't respond to me. Seems very scamy.

Do not use Cash Giraffe. I've used them for a little while and everything was okay until two separate games they wouldn't credit me for completing the tasks. now it's 3 tasks from two different games and it's only tasks that are near the end of the game, so each task is $10 or so. customer service, it's non existent. every ticket I submitted gets a response from a bot saying they couldn't look at it and to resubmit one if problem. then finally today when I tried to email them it says I'm blocked
I loved this app. it was the only money making app that worked. unfortunately all the new games for me I can't download and they won't refresh. I'm stuck unless I get new games. reaching out to customer support does no good.
I just finished level 230 on coin master and didn't receive the 160,000 gems. but I also just completed level 200 on conn master and I received the 125,000 gems ? they were completed within 30mins from level 200 to 230 coin master. why have I not received my 160,000 gems yet ? I'm on level 234 and they still show I haven't completed the task for completing level 230 on coin master. where is acctual support and how do you talk to someone??? because that task being completed that's $50 Ive not got
I have had this app now for 4 months every time I cash out my gems just get refunded I have emailed customer support now 6 times and I get a robot response and nothing else the chat bot that it tells you to use doesn't work it's a joke of an app

It use to be good, download a game, earn points, obtain payouts, but it bugged a few weeks ago and blocked payouts. I tried contacting support more than once, but no response and it remains broken. Guess it's come to an end.
this is crazy I have been playing your games for a week and I still try to cash out 2.50 and there's no way I can there's no option for me to even put my email you're not sorry I disrespectful 😭 everybody needs to stop playing with your app and that way way I don't have nobody y'all can rob your thieves
terrible app. DO NOT INSTALL, you cannot cashout unless you can get to 5 dollars. bit it's a LOT of points you need to get. The games make you play for points, and it takes weeks just to get to 5 dollars. NOT WORTH IT UNINSTALL.

This app will not let you cash out until you have an unreasonable amount of diamond. Diamonds you accumulate by playing games. The app gives you daily tasks, but some of these tasks are unreasonable like paying an in app purchase.
Ever since I did the last update to this program.It will not open.
asking me for a review before I even finish signing up... we'll see...
