horrible app you make coins super slow and just to cash out you need 15,000 coins to cash out 1.50$ wow. justplay is better faster and better so go for justplay not this app lol unless you are doing both but still hornle app.

I can't even give this app one star! It says that there is a $4 cash out at 20 000 gems and gold level . I reached the 20 000 gems but my level remained on silver. I contacted the support team twice but had no success . Now I see that there is a new note under the level that says points to change the level aren't earned for daily streaks and quests which are where most of the gems are earned and which wasn't there before. I took screenshots. Don't waste your time.

I'm having issues with suspicious activity and can get nowhere with customer service I get the same verify email which I've done multiple times and get call the customer service Justice is the call number that I get through their customer service and all I get is a voicemail I leave my number my email and get no response
I'll give you 1 star if you like it I'll give it 5 stars and recommend it to my friends

Now due to losing access to my first account I'm trying to verify to get paid for days worth of time spent earning and it's been two weeks since you said I had to wait 2-3 business days for manual verification. I did have 5 stars for this app 3YRS because it was awesome and It was so fast and convenient to cash out my payouts no problem. But then I bought my new phone and installed it thinking my account would be in there but it was not so I started all over. Been playing for MONTHS have gold status and enough points but can't redeem email them and they tell me suspicious activity like resetting phone made it block me. I have done nothing wrong and they will not fix this. Don't waste ur time!!!
Scam app that has you earn all kinds of points, then when you try to cash out the app turns around and tells you that your committing a crime and bans your account!! I know I didn't try and commit a crime or anything and earned a lot of points and wasted time!!!
I am missing points for completing a daily task. I've sent in 7 requests for it with screenshots of the proof that I've completed 2 levels past what I was supposed to. They keep getting denied. customer support is a load of bull. Worse experience ever with this app. Do not download and end up missing points then try to get ahold of anyone. Cause they will not get back to you and give you your missing points. 0 stars if I could. Horrible......

I have been using this app for few months now haven't had issues with it till now, I have been playing family island farming game and cash giraffe hasn't recorded any of my levels and I was suppose to get i think level 3 or 4 to get any kind of the units and i am currently level 6 and still nothing and I am now having issues with royal match i just finished the clock tower and it doesn't show i completed it. What is up with that I am seriously thinking about removing this app if this isn't fixed
weirdly enough the app was doing something in the background instead of starting. you might wanna fix the start as I never had the app opening completely. no ui.
it was great until I decided to reset my Google ads, as I was seeing the same ads all the time. The app took this as I was manipulating Google play and restricted my account. Seven emails all seven responses from A.I. that told me the same thing, I had violated the rules. Had enough for a 25 to my PayPal but can't do that anymore. Don't download you're just wasting your time.
**I USE TO LIKE THIS APP** I purchased some supplies from a game, as well as started a new account after losing my old info. The latter happening first and then purchasing the supplies from game. The account was new and separate; therefore not violating any rules. The only problem occurred when the purchased supplies weren't updated. My goal was gold so I didn't expect this! I am wondering if something was missing because I was able to achieve Gold at a fast rate
BIGGEST SCAM outhere. After downloading 3 games and played for 2 hours all other games just vanished and asks me to deactivated my VPN. Is this for real? All other similar app works just fine with my VPN active, if those apps can so this one should. Forcing me to deactivated my VPN is more than scketchy. Immediately remove this app and everyone outhere be aware, DO NOT DEACTIVATED YOUR VPN !!!!
Used to be okay. Now not able to cash out on any rewards. Tried them all just for fun and got error messages on every single one. Tried to reach out to customer support multiple times and don't get any responses back. Don't waste your time with these games if you expect to get any $$ back.

TLDR : SCAM in case you are second guessing let me help you answer -app will open and give you games -you install but they don't appear in progress -straight up just scam -welcome gift is a bait do not trust it -report scam site immediately

the app was great till I reached the gold stage then things went down hill. Had to ask several times for my points to be updated then one day my payment option was cancelled , asked why only got a robot response . Hope they fix this issue
