I just installed this app on my phone but it will not open. I wish they would fix the app.

Made about £20 gems. Then they banned my account saying i have broke rules and regulations when i havent.. I asked support team to help and nobody replied. So now i cannot withdraw money.

No play to win app is good. If I can't get $20 in less than 2 or 3 hours without any goals or requirements, why would it make sense at all?

almost to $50 and now the app won't open on my phone can't even complete getting to $50 or cash out 😭 I rate this as a -5. spent all that time for nothing.
At first it was great then all the sudden I can't cash out at 106,000 which equals $20 I was accused of doing something wrong but they wouldn't say exactly what it was I used to think highly of this app but very disappointed in the end . I really am disappointed.So then my cash out option for cash just disappears . I deleted ,my suggestion to cash girraff If you can't stand the heat get out of the kitchen.

Horrible experience, played for days only to never receive payment even though it had me log into my paypal account through their app. Good luck contacting their customer service department. O and then the mysterious charges to my paypal account on the same day and time seems sus af. Scam dont bother, huge waste of time.... Just a brief update, pays out for only 2 milestones and then every other one isn't loaded and you're lucky if you get the first one! don't waste your time. 2nd chance failed

really doesn't even deserve 1 star. everything was good until I tried to build up to cash out more than $2 or $3 at a time. once I got up to about 60k points all of a sudden my account was "restricted" (paypal & gift card options taken away) . its been about a month and ive submitted at least 7 reports to try to talk to customer service, sent multiple emails, still haven't heard anything back. only automated responses.
this app is a big disappointment. the more u win the less chance u will get of having a high point game to download. my games now are 52 per minute and under....not even with it anymore. the higher paying ones won't let u download from the play store. I've been tapping the play now button for 5 minutes now and the play store does not open. THE MORE U WIN THE LESS CHANCE U HAVE OF CASHING OUT... DELETING!!
PayPal cashout options are gone. Only have the option of a wayfair coupon. Bogus!!!

don't use this. multipliers on new games didn't do anything. you still get the same amount stated on the task. and if one task has a huge bonus? yeah it won't complete until that bonus times out. regardless if you completed it in game. I've been waiting for 4 days to get counted on a task that gives me 65k of their currency.

so I have been using this app for a few years now I would love to continue the five star rating that it previously had however these past few weeks the amount of gems that I'm earning are significantly less and not only that but for the past 3 days on one of my higher-paying apps my jumps have not added up and I cannot get ahold of anybody in support and at this point they told me at least $30 in gems if they fix their mistake I'll give it about a rating my advice watch your gems
I'll update if this is fixed but as of now I'm missing over 4000 points and it shows up that I did it on the game part but not in my wallet or on my points
