what a complete nightmare. you clam the so called money they say there saving you. then request to have it. then gets denied for no reason. this is after 5-6 months of waiting. not worth the hassle.!!

I'm having a hard time getting cash back on this app, I don't know how they're gonna sort this out, I'm really sick of this and this app and it is screwing me over and over again.
cashback for flipkart orders missing and not appeared even for request for these order not allowed.

The first and last time... They promise a non existant cashback and the vat and duties are more than when you order from Temu direct. Not just that the support is fast to answer you here, but there is nooo resolution to their emails.
