Cashify is officially running a scam. The app asks 20+ questions, gives a price, and sends an agent to verify the same details. Even after everything matches, the price is reduced. Then the deal goes to a third-party vendor who cuts it even further. If the app quotes Rs. 9,500 then the vendor quotes it Rs. 8,500, what's the point of the entire process? The quoted price in the app is misleading and wastes customers time. change this process. I will not recommend using the cashify app.
Please while selling,the agent will add more deduction .now I m trying to sell my oneplus nord ce3 and the agent clearly making wrong statements by saying there is gap between display and body and I told him to come with me to a authorised oneplus store.he ran away from there. Please check thoroughly before selling. They will make the price drop to half and quarter the price they mentioned. Check invoice you received immediately before agent leaving with your phone
The worst service for resale in cashify they will ask for a cheaper price and they will sell at 3 times more of the purchase price.

This is the absolute worst app i sold my phone on here which was show originally as 8,951 ruppes as it was in flawless condition with maybe a very minor scratches on the screen maybe but when i was not home my father handled the gave the phone for inspection to the cashify associate and he lowered the price and also said in app that it had dents and damage which is not true.this is just absolute theft

The worst app after 72 hours there is no resolution for cashify and I have escalated the issue also after that also no response.
Very disappointing delivery experience with Cashify. They promise 2-day delivery through Blue Dart, but every time the tracking gets updated with a "Network Issue," the package is sent back to the origin and the delivery process starts again. I have placed 3 orders with Cashify, and the same issue happened every single time. If you can't deliver in 2 days, don't make false promises. Please improve your delivery service and provide realistic delivery timelines.
