cashed out on the 4th havent gotten anything 6 days later no response from support. save your time do not download this app. severely disappointed.. (edit) if I could give this app negative stars I would. I still have not received my cash out from the 4th. I have only gotten one vague response from support that answered nothing. this app is a scam and will waste your time and money if you choose to spend anything on the games they host. there are far better apps like this on the play store.

the app stops tracking after a while. I reached out to customer service 4 days ago via app because I didn't get credited for completing a task and still haven't heard back. the weird thing is for the rewards, paypal, etc. the withdrawal amount is $20 for every gift card. everything is $20 regardless the amount of tokens you have
if you just want to play , they have wide variety of ad filled games.lol If you want to make a dollar a day by sitting on your arse making two cents an hour, then this is for you. Make sure you have plenty of data to burn.
SCAM! I spent an hour of my life doing a survey that was supposed to take TEN MINUTES! AND I WAS CLICKING THE ANSWERS AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! Hated the whole hour I had the app.
earned the necessary $20 cashout over a week ago and it initially said 24-48 hours. nothing. contact them and the bot tells me there is no definitive time. wait. contact again. they say 1-2 business days. contact again. another general unhelpful bot response telling me to contact support. that's what the bot is. "support." It's a scam. prove me wrong. update: It's been about a month now, still nothing. No emails. No Payment. learn from me and dont do it

This is a scam. I have been trying to reach their support team for WEEKS now and total silence. It's hilarious because when anyone submits a bad review, the answer is "contact our support team." Kinda hard to do when they won't respond. Once again, a total scam so don't waste your time.
I withdrew $20 and they told me to wait 24 hours. I waited 4 days and I still haven't received anything.
after days turned into weeks of endlessly playing a single game just to reach a milestone which put me over the $20 mark required just to withdraw, i withdrew my prize finally. the $20 was taken from my app balance BUT never made it to my paypal acct. i tried contacting them over the issue and got hardly a response at all. They merely replied with an email of the convo of me initially reporting the problem. Even went to their FAQ section to find it actually BLANK. NOT ONE FAQ.

Not sure if they pay out, they scammed me of 5$ despite asking for all the proof and then once they got the proof they magically forgot how to reply to emails. They didn't intend to fix their issue, they just wanted to act like they cared and hoped people wouldn't give the required info. Don't waste your time. This app drains your phone battery far worse than any other

I've had a request into customer service for a week now and they still haven't credited me for an achievement I reached. I could just take the loss if I hadn't have tried to cash out $20 to PayPal a week ago and I still haven't received my PayPal credit. Two days ago I tried the bank transfer option and they never even asked me for my bank information in order to deposit it. I've tried chatting with the support through the app to no avail. I think this app is a scam. Don't get it

the game requirement doesnt even match every user. 1 user reports a minimum $10 cash out requirement, another shows $20 is required. the game advertises "earn in minutes" ...yeah key word..."earn" which is a marketing vocab trick. "cash out" is something you wont do on this app in all likelyhood. the 1 thing that matters.

I will change my rating if Cashly honors it's end of the deal but it honestly looks like this is just another B.S. app that doesn't uphold their end of the deal and payout as promised. Customer Service is a joke because it's non existent.

literally every recent review is talking about not getting their 20 dollar cash out when they finally achieved that after grinding for hours. How this is even legal is beyond me.
games are great and you get points at a pretty nice pace. I'd love to give this 5 stars but I did a cash out on the 19th and have not been paid yet and that's been almost a week. If they ever pay me I'll come and redo my post. and I'm almost able to cash out again. update they never paid out. I did two different cash outs one for paypal on 3/19 then a Amazon payout like 4-5 days ago. They blocked my account made me verify my account and unblocked me but never paid out. so its a waist of time

I accumulated $60 in rewards and submitted 3-$20 requests to get it on PayPal and it took just a little bit longer than 48 hours but it did pay.... I was also awarded $25 for being 3rd place in their earning tournament but when I cashed out $20 to PayPal this time, it's been a week and I'm still awaiting the payout... This is ridiculous and I'm starting to think this app is a waste of time.

It started ok and then I downloaded solitare memory it showed I dl-ed it and so I start playing I pass the first milestone buy winning x amount of games(money) and I don't get credit then I pass milestone 2 and 3 and nothing I won 20 matches the milestones equal $3O. nothing . I contact them they contact me back I sent them screenshots 3 times and they asked again for proof I have the continuous email for a week . so I email again and I get a we have to review it like just look at the screen!!
get to $15....& stay there :-/
