Phone damn hot
Game started locking up a lot. After checking every screen there is no obvious way to report a bug or contact support.
Paid for the wizard but app hang and the money went through but the game no record and item purchase not in.

I really really enjoyed this game and played for hours every day but now I want to uninstall it. so sad they ruined such a great game :(
this game is fun but their is no customer service, mostly a money grab. Who wants download a 3rd party app to talk anyone?
You are up against bots + There are no P v P or battle friends options. There is no surreder/forfeit option. If you tie the opponent wins no matter what. If a tie occurs then you should go into sudden death instead of ALWAYS losing to the opponent. Your game is freezing after watching ads for rewards. If I could I would rate your game at ZERO STARS. I love the game, but you are not doing anything with feedback anywhere including Discord AND YOU ARE NOT FIXING ISSUES.

Rips card pack advertisement locks my Samsung S24+. Total lock before reward given. Only fix is close app and restart. Fix it!
Messed with the algorithm Was really enjoying the game and even spent a little money on it. Just in the last week, what used to be even matches are now impossible. I'm up against players with 400% more experience points than me (I'm around 11,000, last opponent was over 41,000). This game just became pointless and stressful.
I play this game 2 months, great balance of power and pvp win skills not a buy in game resources. in last update and next 2 days something happens in game, 95% players have max 100 leveled up. I don't think suddenly people invest 1000€ on app game?!? (cheats maybe 🤔)
game update and made it impossible to play without paying. no more evenly matched opponents now they are 3 or more rankings above...for sure easiest way to lose players i will be deleting. was a really fun pastime now it just awful 😖.
Soooo unbalanced..why would a 9k trophies go against a 77k trophies 🏆...Thats ridiculous...balance the trophies and I will change it back to 5 stars
well...all of a sudden...I am being set up to battle with people whose ranking is more than double of mine. I have 17K and change.. I am being set up against folks with 30K+ or 50K+ how is this fair? I guess it is time to drop this trash game
Poor matchmaking in Arena 26 (Colosseum). I'm using low to mid-level troops and castle, but I keep getting matched against players with max-level troops and castle, often with much higher trophies. It's very unfair. Even if you use the best strategy, you'll still lose because of the huge level gap. Skill should matter, not just upgrades. Please improve the matchmaking to make battles fair and enjoyable.

Tell you what, when you dumbass algorithm quits trying to pit me with apponents 4x stronger than me I might play it again. Til then I will leave this post up so others wont be suckered into lining your financial pockets to enjoy the game.
after update very annoying that i keep meeting opponents with highest level of castle and troops (level 100) while mine is just like level 60. They take 1 shoot to kill my troop while i need to shoot 4 times to kill one of their troops. Super annoying as it is not a fair game!
I think you play mostly with bots, otherwise i can not explain why my oponents are so dumb. too easy

Placed 9th in a tournament won a lot of gold and wood, great right! No! Warning popped up that I had another device open to the app. All my winnings were erased. No administrators to contact on app. Not recommended.

This game was a lot of fun. There should be a warning that tells you once you upgrade a single section of your castle to all lava, you're in trouble. After upgrading I am now constantly facing opponents with 30-40k trophies (I have a little over 12k), and these opponents have full p2w characters all lvl 100. Ridiculous.... I would've recommended before but now no
after a while when im watching an ad to (upgrade or gain more items or xp) after a match ect. the game freezes and I don't get rewarded or upgraded after watching the ad. I don't like spending the money to remove ads (call me cheap what ever but $10 is $10) lol. but other then that the game is easy and enjoyable to play.

Fun game, but progress is slow unless you pay $. One problem with this game lately is it fails to give the extra rewards for watching videos. Also, after playing so many battles you will get a message saying you won't get a chest for winning a battle unless you watch a video. I played the video but when I clicked for a new battle I got the same warning. Tried 3 times. The worst part is that the developer doesn't apparently care. After all, they still make money when you click an ad.
fun but very pay to win. while I don't mind paying they do have ridiculous prices. much like the majority of mobile games. do yourself a favor and buy a AAA game instead of throwing money at this game.
Great game! It's just too bad you have to pay $10 every 7 days if you don't want ads. I would definitely keep playing, but that subscription cost is just too much. Such a great game, though.
it was fun until I got to the coliseum and got stuck playing against person after person that has 2 million plus points over me and I no longer have any chance at winning which just completely destroyed any desire to play this game
really enjoyed the game before the recent updated. before u only battle opponents near your ranking. Now I only get opponents ranked far ahead of me that I can barely compete with.
