Had very bad experience with this airline! be careful with their trap. I buy return ticket. but I didn't come for departure flight and they cancel my return ticket as well without any reason & without my acknowledge. How come Cathay pacific as such a big company can do such cheap policy. its called robbery. I Never ever experienced such policy with other airlines. just happened this time with CATHAY PACIFIC. It's so embrassed !!!

Worst airline app I've used. It only worked on 50% of the phones I tried. Does not give boarding passes. Fails to do seat selection.

One year later multi city still not implemented (opens a website). And...what happened with the prices? Why are they x3 compared to any other company? Who's paying this? Ridiculous

can't complete a simple task like signing up for an account on the App or on a desktop pc.
Completely unreliable. Fails to load data and goes into death-loops. Constantly have to kill the app and restart it to get it to work at all. Practically useless.
Cannot sign in
Bookings always disappear from the app. Can not put more than one trip at a time into the app. Boarding Passes disappear. Will not give Boarding passes for Code Share flights.
Have a bad experience with Simone sinicropi, a pilot from cathay pacific who is bad and wicked.

If you can't even search any filghts departing not from Hong Kong, don't even ask the users to choose the region! The app is useless, and once redirected to the website, it asked to login again, and takes forever to load.
Terrible and scammy airline, who will do anything they can to screw over their customers and their app is buggy and keeps crashing or not loading
I've been trying to sign up to be a member for the past 3-4days already to no avail, keep getting error message, budget airline app works way better than your app.

This app is OK if you want to book a flight, but is really clunky, slow and frustrating if you want to check up on a flight that is pre-booked or get boarding cards. This is a 👎 from me.
Not user friendly. Hard to find items in the app, especially using the iPhone version
Buggy and frequently signs me out or freezes. Will not always display my trips. Issues with bookings at times.
one of the worst apps i have used. constantlt making me sign in for "security reasons" no notifications for flights. no wonder i usually fly Emirates
