too many advertisements . Results are not good. Don't install it.
Samsung A73, opens each app 3 times to try close, takes 4-5 sec per attempt, over 30 apps. wasted my time by not cleaning or closing one of them. And I'm a PRO user

update: I have no clue what the dev response is eluding to- I said the app doesn't work and do it's for functionality - and you want ask me about payment lol This app is dead. Subscription canceled. Pixel 10 Pro XL with latest OS, this app does nothing - try and delete 17GB of hidden cache, nothing happens. you would think that this would be fixed urgently, but nope! I guess they are not fixing the only core functions of their app anymore. time to be asking for refunds too.
Great idea but once the main cleaning is done you HAVE to purchase premium to delete the stuff which takes away the point in my opinion.

very poor app i suggest don't to use this app. there is basic cleaning option and pro cleaning option from watching add, but that add doesn't come. And in basic cleaning it doesn't clears any hidden catches or data

New edit: After performing every suggested remedy, Ccleaner still does not not work as described below. end edit. All of a sudden it quit quick or deep cleaning files off of my Pixel 9a. EDIT: The latest app update did not fix this issue, End edit. Even after installing/reinstalling and giving full accessibility/control, it will not clean any type of file. I uninstalled/reinstalled again. Ccleaner fails to clean hidden cache every time.
Says it's no longer compatible with my phone!?!? I have a paid subscription, I should have had some advance warning of this. Very displeased with the way this was handled. I liked CCleaner enough to get the paid version & now it no longers works on my older phone. Very, very disappointing! I hope there is a solution to this for me or I guess I will be canceling my subscription & going elsewhere. Please make it work for me.

It doesn't work on Android 16. The new security features mean this app can't deep clean. I ended up manually clearing the cache on all my apps. I will have to get a refund.
Not compatible with Samsung Android Tablet! Bought this thinking it would be good for all my devices because it doesn't say it is not. Also, it will NEVER clean hidden caches on my Android phone and does not explain why or tell you how to change this. When using quick clean,and the automatic clearing of the cache and other files. why does the app seem to hang on various pages to clean but then it doesn't actually clear anything. then the page that was meant to clean again reappears on the next clean.. utterly useless to use. and it's the paid version...
Since late March, right around the time I renewed my subscription, this app has continuously failed to clean out the caches on my Android phone. On the official CCleaner forum, others have reported also being unable to use the app on their up-to-date android devices. There has been no fix.

Pixel 8..paid Pro version gone from 30 second Quick Clean to several minutes and STILL doesn't clean all cache. Can't use phone during that time AND you want me to upgrade from Pro to "Pro Pro". Seriously? UPDATE: this paid app had just been updated and STILL doesn't work for Android 16.
Hi, how do I get a refund for my latest subscription as I didn't know it was in auto. Your app is trash and has been for some time. doesn't actually do anything other than error now, and takes a long time to do that on a supposed 'quick' clean.

THIS IS A SCAM. DONT DOWNLAOD AND DONT PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. doesn't clean at all even after uninstalling and reinstalling giving all access, this thing doesn't clean the hidden data which is the point of this app. I need my money back!!!!
Installed again 2026 to see if they "allowed us" anymore use of the functions. They have not, and taken more away. Don't bother using this app on your phone. Essentially it takes up space. I use it on my laptop and you can do so much more with it. Why would they make the mobile version so useless? Greed. You want it to do more like it used to and does on a laptop/PC...? Show them the money.
I've already canceled my subscription to CC cleaner because it no longer works on my pixel 9 phone. It no longer clears the cache. this is the primary reason I have it. what could be wrong? I'm using it on my pixel 9. All permissions have been granted.

This app used to be great but now for the past 6 months, Everytime I run a deep clean or quick clean, I usually have over 4gb of junk to get rid of but it runs really slow and then when finally done cleaning, it says 51.4 mb cleaned (when it should be 4 gb). I make sure I do every update, I've deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled, nothing helps. I cannot find anywhere to contact the developer to get this resolved, and I pay for the plus plan yearly for the past 3-4 years now. HELP!

I used it to clear up some space, and it told me it was only clearing out old thumbnails, and it deleted almost all of my photos. The files are still on my phone but none of them are viewable now. Super.
