This is a terrible app and it's impossible to pass the General Knowledge exam using this app. It's impossible because the app doesn't even know the rights either. A lot of the questions are horribly written.
I requested a refund within the first minute of an unauthorized payment and was refused. Very bad customer service.

fails to inform that they charge for this help, false advertising.
app stopped working and this is after I got charged the 24 dollars very disappointed and hopefully I can't get my money back but will see be very cautious using this for your CDL prep it's very laggy after the 7 day trail
very expensive for how little it offers
don't bother with this app, they charge way to much. I went on Amazon, ordered a book with an app that offered everything this app offers without having to spend an arm and leg. look elsewhere
There are so many out here that are free and you're so greedy.You have to charge....

Nowhere does it say you have to subscribe $25 per month or $90 for the year to take the CDL exam
The app keeps freezing in the tedt mode... Happened twice to me already!!! Ugh!

You have a lot of wrong answers on the test. You need to double-check the test.
App has hang ups in the "General Knowledge" section, where a quiz or test ends or is blank. It does not reset, and you are still being charged for this app monthly, while not getting the full product. Update: I have supplied them with all the details they asked for, including screen shots. As of 2/19/2026, I have not had in further response.

Many of the questions are wrong or not even mentioned in the CDL manual.
It is impossible to cancel the app. if you try to send a message in the contact us section it just says to go to your device settings. when you do that there is still no way to cancel.

inaccurate information
questions are worldly weirdly and several answers are confusing and can not be accurate, example being there would be 2 real answers, one that says neither are correct and the 4th one would say all are correct? you can tell these are written by normal people and not in the style of the real tests. I honestly just used Google and asked it to create a Hazmat Endorsement Test and it came up with 10-100 questions within seconds and they were accurate and written like the state test.
even if you pay for it, theres no manual to study, no videos. Just questions that they never reask if you get it wrong. I haven't learned anything from this app and im paying for it. well was when I get off work im canceling the subscription
