I started with a free trial. Prior to the trial ending, I reached out with questions regarding the functionality of entering foods, as I'm not seeing how to copy meals or save a custom food. I do not want to spend time entering 20 ingredients for a meal I eat frequently. I have gotten NO response and it's been 2 weeks, so I was charged for the yearly subscription without an answer to my questions. Im not interested in using an app that doesn't benefit me. And, I see no easy way to cancel.

So far, of all the diabetic apps I've tried, this one is the best. It's easy to use, and they seem to have every food possible listed in there, very rarely any guessing as to what the carbohydrates are or calories. Again, it is listed in the app for you & I just really like it. Update- the app is slow out of date with CGM data. I canceled my subscription in May with confirmation that it was canceled. Only to get a notification that they bill me. Stay clear. They're liars & a rip-off.
Terrible app. Has stopped working again. if I didn't already have 500 strips to use up I would just delete it.

This app is a scam. You CANNOT CANCEL subscription during free trial. There is no way to reach customer service except via email, and they take 3 days to write back. I send 1 email about a problem with syncing and they replied that I should try to uninstall and reinstall app. I also sent 3 emails to cancel subscription during the 7 day trial and nobody replied to any. Had to call my credit card company to reverse the payment. Got a warning email from them that my payment failed!! Stay away!!
Scam, they do not let you cancel the subscription within the 7 day free trial. You have to email them to cancel and no one will reply, I cancelled after 2 days and they still charged my card for a whole year. Also, it's a app around diabetes and it offers food recommendations at Starbucks and McDonalds, only 2 options.
Please fix! 3 weeks of it not responding to touch screen! I've sent messages I've reinstalled several times. Please help!
App will not open after latest upgrade
7/20/24 If I could give it a NO Stars.....I would. No Notification, no email, no nothing from this app advising that the app has a bug, and until the developer pushes out a fix, you can't use the app at all. Only found out this morning when I tried to open the app to ise and it immediately closes before even opening. Not a good service when your subscribers, who rely on this app to check their BG, can't use it, and have no idea when it can be used.👎
I bought the device and was subscribed for months then had to stop because I had too much product now I can't use the app because I'm not subscribed?
Avoid! Get Veri app instead. They said it sync with MyFitnessPal- it's not. You can cancel any time - you can't. Noone will reply, just ignore you and take your money. I lost 3 days of tracking as the app didn't want to sync with my Libre CGM. It freezes when you add food. I will not continue using this app, that is if I manage to cancel it 🤬 EDIT: I have contacted support many time with no reply.
Useless unless you subscribe to the strip replenishment option. Don't subscribe to strips replenishment, they deny you test results with what strips you already have. Scam, ripoff!
Signed up for free trial to see if this would work. I'm not in the US so turns out my Dexcom can't upload data. I emailed to ask to have subscription cancelled before the 1 week trial was up. I received one response with suggested work around- I use Android so not an option. Emailed two more times asking to cancel, no response. Today my card was charged the monthly subscription fee. Beware- there is no way to cancel online, you have to email and their customer support is non existent.
Love all the features, just don't want to purchase another adapter to be able to use the app. I am still so very disappointed, especially when you tell your friends how awesome that at is.....or was. 😔
This app is great if you need it all the time. BUT canceling your subscription is impossible. I've been trying for four months. I'm contacting the BBB. They're scamming people.
Blatant fraud app that doesn't allow you to unsubscribe and automatically renews subscription then fraudulent charges your account.
I've rarely come across an app with such an abundance of bugs. It's disheartening, especially considering it's a paid service. The overall quality needs serious attention, leaving doubts about the company's commitment to user satisfaction.
Glucose readings are constantly wrong when compared to other glucose devices. Trying to cancel my subscription and they make you jump through hoops. Terrible experience.
This company lies and does not offer full refunds if not satisfied. It said 90 days and they do not. They will contact you right away until you cancel then they take forever. The monitor does not have an assistant like they say. The monitor has poor readings. Big strips because they told me that it reads how much water is in your blood but won't tell you how much. Yes I have their email givi g a BS story. Don't deal with them.
useless .. you have to buy a monthly subscription to be able to read data from your sensor (even there is no free trial for a day) .. uninstall right now.
I had to ask 4 times to cancel my subscription. I shouldn't have to. When someone says cancel it, do it!
The app isn't recognizing that my Dou C Is connected I've tried every possible way to troubleshoot the problem and still unresolved customer support haven't Replied. I want a refund and my subscription canceled.
Worked great for a while but since last update it continues to kick me out just as it's reading my glucose and I have start I er. Also, my info such as time and wifi signal etc blink profusely at the top while I'm in the app.
App is laggy and I cant browse the app hardly at all. If it's not fixed I'm finding a different device to use.

Once again the app isn't working. I've closed and restarted multiple times and just get a blank white screen. Too many bugs to be worth my time. As soon as I run out of strips I'm changing to something else that is more reliable. Right now I can't check my numbers and I really need to. Do better!
My app isn't working anymore
I have been trying and trying to get a hold of this company they say that I can sync with my freestyle Libra 3 which I synced but I have no data on the center health app and getting tired of just sending emails doesn't this company have a phone number that you can talk to someone a real person instead of just going through email.
For whatever reason the most current version of this app is not the same as the most current version of the app created for Apple devices. The most current downloadable version available for android is 4.0.44, whereas the Apple's version is 5.11.0. Unacceptable, and disappointing. The current version for Android is super buggy. I hate it. I'll be happy to change my review once the app version is upgraded for Android.
A little disappointed Google Pixel is not supported. App takes multiple attempts to connect. Sometimes it fails during the testing phass and you have to start all over. Maybe my Nano is defective and I should try a new one? However, tried going back to my Note 5 only to have the app not load. 🤷
This ap was great for a while, but in the past year it has slowed WAAAAY down and even stopped working all together. When my GL feels low and your ap takes 10 minutes to load the machine it's very frustrating.
It's convenient, but the thing that bothers me is that it doesn't save reminders. I need reminders saved and it just deletes them right after being made.
