App absolutely will not load/open on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but I only get the endless spinning circle of nothingness. Not good at all.
Shopping list feature has been non-functional for almost a month on app and website. I use this app for food only and paid for annual membership. They keep saying they're "working on it." After weeks, I asked for some way to make good for the time the app is not useful for me. The response was when year expires, if I renew via website for another 12 months, they'll give me extra 3 months free. Why would I renew something that doesn't work? And what in the world is taking so long to fix this?
used to be great, bring back the old Centr
Unfortunately, the app has gone downhill and the training philosophy has moved so far away from when it initially started. Programs are repetitive and mainly focus on HYROX.
Really not beginner friendly. There are no workouts using the centr 3 functional trainer with smith bar. not much for direction on proper form either.
Latest update removes workouts from the planner if they are not completed on the designated day. Many times I do the workouts out of order based on recovery, and the update eliminates this possibility.
Centr bought out Inspire but the Centr isn't compatible with the Inspire equipment. Ridiculous considering how expensive gym equipment is. very disappointed.
Signed up for a 7 day free trial. After trying multiple ways I have been unable to find a way to cancel before the trial ends, and as someone with no weights there was nothing here I could really benefit from. More body weight only routines would be good.

I get an error message every time I try and reset my password, so I cannot use the app anymore despite paying for it.
I bought a Centr Multi Gym from Costco which has no information about how to use the equipment. I figured the app would help, and hoping for 3 months free membership that was advertised with the product. To my surprise, this app provides no help with using the equipment, is NOT free, and only offers 3 "free" months with the purchase of an $80 plan... And none of this is divulged until after Centr has successfully harvested your personal information.
Unfortunately, the app has went downhill over the last 18 months with oversupply of self-guided workouts and programmes. Additionally some video freezing issues that occur when playing some self guided workouts that never get fixed. Restarting or re-installing the app or reopening the workouts does not resolve it. Frankly will be unsubscibing if above issues remain unresolved soon.
I deleted this app within minutes. The moment I opened it, Chris Hemsworth loudly jumped out of my phone like a surprise motivational jump scare. It was jarring, obnoxious, and completely out of place. If you’re going to scream at me, at least warn me first. I came for fitness, not to be startled into cardio by my speakers. Hard pass.

App will not allow me to log in though my credentials work online. Tried their ts guide and it's an app error and will not resolve.
Scammy app that will roll to pay with 0 notice. You will never use the app, and will forget it existed, and then will roll to pay off a free trial. Run the other direction. Their customer service is horrible and the cancellation button for your app will say "Sorry we dropped a dumbbell, try again later."

After I created an account it asked me to pay to actually use it, and now I have an account I can't delete because I have to pay to get in. stupid and usess
I purchased the app for $152 and I get an error message. I'm not able to use the app. I contacted customer support with an email and no response. Either fix this problem or refund the money I paid.
I bought a cable machine from this company, and this was their app. however, there is only one exercise routine for a cable machine. I cancel my subscription eight months ago. Two days ago I got auto renewed even though I canceled. When I tried to log in to turn it off, suddenly my password wouldn't work, and it took 2days to get it reset. Now they say I took too long and I should have canceled immediately, which I would have had they not disabled me.
this app took funds out my account without me knowing haven't heard about this app yet to get a refund and didn't get it back after taking $153.00
Centr still has not provided any solutions to the glitches in the app, which have become annoying. It keeps signing me out of my devices, every time I have to sign in it request a change to a new password and the worst of all, I cannot follow the programs because it won't record my progress.

Finding it hard to cancel
Good movements with good timing in between each set, nice variety of the workout it chooses for you on the specific day, and I like the cool down stretching at the end BUT can't stand how it won't let you choose alternatives other than the one it provides! To me it's not user friendly, REALLY struggling with even giving it a week trial, that's how much it doesn't vibe with me 😟
I was loving the workouts, recipes & meditations up until week 4 then I was prompted to log in from scratch and all my recorded progress & saved recipes have gone! Very annoying & frustrating.

Not worth the money. after giving it another chance the app didn't load any of the workouts, was so glitchy nothing worked. now I have a year of an app that was so glitchy it didn't work, the workout just sat there spinning.
