Que la app de un banco se quede corrupta, no te deje hacer transferencias y la única solución sea desinstalar e instalar de nuevo no merece más de 1/5

No va la aplicación desde hace una semana
no se puede hacer login. cada 90 dias pide ingresar un codigo que te envian por sms, pero los sms llegan 6 horas tarde y caducan a los 5 minutos de solicitarlos. La alternativa? pedir que te llamen, que falla automaticamente.

No se puede iniciar la sesión ni en la app ni en la web. No se reconoce el cliente tampoco. Atención al cliente por teléfono inexistente..."lo sentimos no poder atenderle personalmente" es lo que dicen y no reconocen DNI cuando preguntan en principio.

La app de Android funciona fatal, el sensor de huella se superpone en el teclado, no funciona nunca, y encima me acaba bloqueando el acceso.. Ah! y hay combo bonus!! Gira la app en landscape y tendrás un parpadeo/flasheo a fullscreen no apto para epilepsicos fotosensibles.
Imposible contratar un depósito. La aplicación se cierra continuamente. Una pena que no la tuvieran más probada Por lo demás aplicacion standard de banco que está bien. Pero que se cierre cuando vas a contratar un producto, da un poco de pena la verdad
