Aktuell eine Katastrophe, versuche seit Stunden eine Postkarte zu bestellen und es scheitert jedes Mal mit fehlendem Zugriff auf ein Photo (welches ist nicht zu erkennen). Die Fehlermeldung kann man übrigens auch nur sehen wenn man im richtigen Moment einen Screenshot macht. Ich habe die Bilder schon an unterschiedlichen Orten gespeichert und trotzdem scheitert die Bestellung jedesmal. Bearbeiten ist möglich, genauso wie ein Upload, dass macht doch kein Sinn.

Verwirrend, langsam, es können nicht mehr als 100 ausgewählt werden. Die App ist sehr groß. Es gibt keinen Vorteil zur Website.

Total garbage User Experience... what possessed you to ask "What Retail Partner..."? I was in a Boots with no option to select Boots from the options. I still have no idea why you needed this information or what it meant. When I finally got into the app, it took numerous screens to finally understand that you don't even offer the size of print I needed. Frustrating and poor.
does not work on android it zooms in when you exit editing. I edited over 100 pictures individually- order was about 60 euros. When I got the pictures half of them had parts cut off, people cut off. I called customer service and they told me I could redo it for free. It still didnt work in the app. Now they want me to send back the pictures and then call again when I get the message that they have received it. this has already cost me money and 3 hours.
If you deny access to all your files or internet, it does not even open. If you allow access, it will immediately start uploading *something* to their servers, with full speed. It takes a lot of effort to find out that you can only print a tiny selection of photo sizes/types (most options they advertise on the website are not shown at all).
I didnt receive the promotional offer by downloading the app. False advertising
Das ist die mit Abstand schlechteste App, die ich je benutzt habe. Nichts funktioniert ohne Minuten-langes Laden und selbst das Hinzufügen in den Warenkorb dauert Minuten. Dies wird nur getoppt von den ständigen Fehlern, die die App bekommt. Tut euch einen Gefallen und spart euch die Nerven, indem ihr ein Alternativprodukt wählt. Das war das nervenaufreibendste Geschenk meines Lebens.

Das ist so nervig!!! Nachdem letzten Update, kann die app sich überhaupt nicht mehr mit Google Photos verbinden! Es downloaded irgendwelche Fotos. Und die Hälfte kann es nicht lesen... Furchtbar!!!!!
Nice toll but there is no option for minimize pictures, only cut from sides... no option for custom pictures (only 10:10, 10:15cm) no option for smaller pictures. No option for mixing photos tool, to make one big print with multiple pictures. Would be nice to have option to apply shape crop over the image ex: hart or circle.. then cut at home.. disapointed service.
Nicht alle Produkte in der App verfügbar z.B. eigene Fotobox, Suchfunktion für Produkte existiert auch nicht, Informationen zu den Produkten sind minimal. Viel bedenklicher ist aber, das die "Empfehlung" alle privaten Fotos OHNE INFORMATION ODER EINWILLIGUNG scannt. Fall für den Datenschutz die App.
my cewe apps always not responding, even though i update the apps. I cant finish my project, it was not like this before.
Doesn't work. When I chose an album it endlesly works to open it and does not finish.
Eigentlich sollte man euch nicht unterstützen. Die Software ist ein derart schlechter Witz. Ich habe seit Tagen Probleme mich einzuloggen, obwohl ich meine Anmeldedaten weiß, bei der Neuanmeldung bekommt man keine Bestätigungsmail, die man braucht, um voranzukommen, es ist eine Katastrophe!
Annoying app, doesn't show all the pics I know is in a folder and then deletes everything I picked out once I was ready to pay.
the letter never arrived, it was printed again and resent and still didn't managed to reach the destination
Ich hab Stunden gebraucht um meine Fotos auszuwählen. Als ich bestätigen gedrückt hab. Wurde mein Auswahl einfach gelöscht.
You literally don't have all the stores in the app. How is that even possible??
app crashes after a certain point all the time, which is very annoying since there is already a lot of work in it
The application is not bad, but the fact, that I have to use a VPN to access the app's function (I used mobile data from a Ukrainian provider) makes me extremely disappointed.

Very bad. Somebody recommended this app but I couldn't use it. I tried 2 different phones, I first thought maybe the phone has some issues. It cannot find photos on your phone if you have them saved in certain folders or if you have them sent through whats app. Then, after you finally move them somewhere where it can locate them and select them one by one, when you want to finalize the order, it says that your basket is empty, although there are 325 photos there. I unistalled it.
Does not load photos from camera roll, even though it has permission. Useless.
The app is not usable at all. You cannot order anything without logging in, but login of existing account doesn't work "Login was not successful at Edeka Germany" and registering is also not possible because it doesn't recognize the compulsory fields already being selected.

slow..crashing
It's a good app when it works, but very often crashes when you are trying to load photos for a project. Possibly needs an update to fix.
Can't use the app with Italian settings. When ordering the shipping method selection doesn't allow to press OK so you get stuck
Frequently times out, resets, crashes. Can only exchange photos once at a time before it resets. Had to use combination of browser and app, took best part of 4 days. Only 2 stars because my phone might have been part of the problem, but overall journey was awful.
issue with paying with mobilepay and not getting an Error message, saying it did not work.

The British passport setting does not give barcode for cewe printing terminal. 5 stars if this is resolved
The app is missing half of the functionality the website has. The website works bad on mobile browsers...
the mobile and desktop version of the app are not compatible - one stores your projects as .cwx file and the other as .mcfx
can't order yearly planner here so will have to pay 2 delivery cgarges
Alles teure ist leicht zu finden, aber wo und wie ich einfach Fotos drucken lassen kann ist ein Rätsel. Werde mir etwas anderes suchen. Edit: die folgenden Kacheln stehen mir zur Auswahl: CEWE Photobook, book suggestions for me, calendars, greeting cards, gifts, phone cards, postcards. Weches soll ich zum Fotos drucken nehmen? Hab schon alle ausprobiert und Suchfunktion gibt es scheinbar nicht.
