WHEN YOU'VE ONLY USED ONE EMAIL! UPDATE! THE APP STILL SUCKS! I CAN'T LOGIN ON A DIFFERENT LAPTOP. THEIR SUPPORT SUCKS BIG TIME. I should be able to login on anything and anytime I want without it telling me that user doesn't exist. They have no problem taking my money even though I don't exist.

I HATE using chromecast. It COULD NOT BE POSSIBLE for it to be more frustrating. I sit here trying to do a workout with repeated pauses and delays from the app to the tv. I could not be more frustrated with the process!! Stumbled at the first hurdle, unable to cast to my TV, which makes this app unusable for me. I'd love to find a resolution before the free trial is over, but if not, will just have to cancel.

Having issues with the app and it won't let you resolve with an actual person but an idiot computer that keeps giving me articles
I already paid but they tell me to subscribe again and agian. I cant open the app also.
Subscribed for monthly payments, used only for 3 days from 14 days free trial, and it got canceled.

I can't even create a profile on the app?
Do not recommend at all. Cancelled subscription because unable to log back in after I had to log back in. Unless you saved your details or remember them, you're good. If not you'd be constantly on the chats and emails trying to get it sorted. Do not have time to waste doing this. App developer, you should have login recovery feature and quick TAT on resolving this type of issues. Most of your customers opt to download the app because of lack of time. Uninstalled the app, keep.the £9.99 :(
If I buy subscription on iPhone can't use on my android
I can't load any videos even though I'm subscribed & downloaded the video. There's no video quality option. Just a suggestion, perhaps you could consider adding a menu for selecting video quality.
Great workouts. However often times the videos didn't event load :(( just blank screen :(
Its not letting me sign up. After asking me my name, dob and gender, I keep clicking on continue and nothing will happen. Not sure what the issue is as it doesn't say what's missing but I can't even use the app or go past the sign up. 🤷🏻♀️
Why is this not available on FireTV or Chromecast? Casting from my phone is not an ideal solution when I can easily just have it available on my TV natively. Major flaw.
Great app until I changed my phone from apple to android, now can't log in at all was using apple id login before which looks like it doesn't work on android phone. Even trying to create a new account it won't let me
A special request to you. Please reduce half of the amount of this app. It is way too expensive for us Indians. Being a huge fan of Ms. Caroline, I really want to try your app but the only issue is the subscription.
